Beautiful

We spent a lovely weekend here and it is one of the best we have stayed at. The shower/toilet block is a summer house and very well thought out. We were welcomed with a free box of eggs that were absolutely delicious. The local pub is a short walk away, has a pretty beer garden and a good menu. The railway is close by but didn't disturb us at all. We will be going back again.

Thoroughly recommended

Ourselves and another caravan stayed here for 9 days. We were offered free wi-fi and free eggs. The lady who greeted us was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Top Class CL

Just returned from a week's stay at this CL and would most definitely recommend it.  Philip and Mandy couldn't have been more helpful and the site itself is beautifully kept.  A really lovely peaceful spot, we certainly aim to visit again.

A great little CL

Had August Bank holiday here. Owners were extremely welcoming and helpful. The site is probably one of the nicest CLs that we have stayed on. All facilities were clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend it.

A lovely tranquil site

My husband and I have just spent a delightful few days at this lovely peaceful site. We were made welcome by Mandy and Philip. The facilities were clean and very well kept. I think this site is a hidden gem. This site is ideal for exploring Norwich and the surrounding area.

Great holiday

This site is beautiful, quiet apart from the birds in the trees and bushes. The grass was kept nice and short.  The shower and toilet were always clean with a good supply of toilet paper, this can be found in a wood cabin with plenty of tourist information leaflets. We enjoyed watching a pair of Indian Running ducks moving around the site. Wymondham and Attleborough are well worth a visit. We would love another visit to this site.

Clean, tidy and helpful

We have been using CLs for over 10 years, and this is the best we have pitched on. Mr and Mrs Wing demonstrated on several occasions real Norfolk hospitality, and the facilities are impeccable. The site is well laid out, and although not far from a railway line that is no handicap (this is Norfolk, trains passing now and again during the day). Access is straight forward if the instructions are followed, and there is an excellent dog walk. The location is ideal for West and South Norfolk, including Norwich itself. Do you want a break - we recommend Stubbs Hill unreservedly.

A visit at the week-end

We have recently spent a very enjoyable week-end at this site with friends and were very impressed with the ambiance. The site is very well looked after, spacious and very level. We were made very welcome by the site owners who did all they could to make our stay most enjoyable. It was very peaceful and relaxing with local ammenities a short distance away. We will certainly visit again and would recommend this site to all our caravanning friends.

What a littel gem

We have just spent a very pleasant weekend at Stubbs Hill. The site is clean and tidy and very quiet. Mandy and Phil were very welcoming, and we had lots of visits from their dog who is very friendly. The pitching area is nice and flat and laid to grass. It is very picturesque, we enjoyed lazing in the sun just listening the birds singing. We had a variety of birds visiting our feeding station over the weekend, robins, tits, blackbirds to name just a few. There is a pond on site, with a duck and her brood of ducklings. There were signs of rabbits, but I didn't see one all weekend. There is a railway running at the rear of the site, but we didn't find the noise intrusive. We live quite nearby so it is ideal for us if we want to get away for a break without having to travel too far. The towns of Attleborough and Wymondham are a few minutes drive away and should provide everything you need, but for more serious shopping head for Norwich. There is plenty to see and do there. All in all, this was a lovely site to visit. If you like to get away from the crowds, this is a good place to chose. We will certainly return here.
