A peaceful, scenic site
We found this site to be very peaceful, secure and if you pitch at the top end of the field you get stunning views.
The water, toilet emptying and bins etc are all conveniently sited together. The site is very well kept and there is even a little stall by the gate where you can buy eggs, courgettes etc.
We walked across some fields into Kimbolton, which is a lovely village with a friendly pub where you can get a very nice meal. There are a few shops, tea room and a Budgens all down the main street along with a beautiful church.
We also walked to Grafham Water. Generally we found most walking paths were very well cut and kept.
We also visited Huntingdon and St Neots, so there is plenty of scope for easy access to various places around.
Well worth a visit if you are looking to chill out and recharge your batteries.
