Perfect

We chose Spring Meadow as the site for our very first caravan holiday ever and we really could not have picked a more wonderful place. We were welcomed by Alison who showed us where everything was and helped with some useful hints and tips before leaving us to settle in. Having sorted out what all the switches and knobs and connectors do (I think) we took a moment to sit and relax. We watched the chickens in the field next to our pitch wandering happily, listened to the beautiful pine trees swishing in the breeze and quite frankly couldn’t believe our luck. On a practical note, the grass was cut and tidy and all five pitches were on wood chipping which kept everything clean and tidy. We used the facilities, because let’s face it, dealing with the Thetford would have been a step too far this time. The loo and shower were spotless. There’s a great field close by for dog walking and of course the site is in the most beautiful part of North Norfolk with plenty of walking and sightseeing opportunities. We were a bit worried about narrow lanes on the approach but it was fine, there are loads of passing places and the lane is very quiet. We had a bit of an issue with a faulty fuse on the tow bar connector when we left and we’re helped by our neighbours to sort it all out with such good will and humour. Spring Meadow was such a friendly and relaxing place to stay and we very much look forward to returning.

Another perfect stay

Back from another 12 nights stay at one of our favourite sites. Peace and quiet was just what was needed as an antidote to our stressful lives. Perfect access to both Norfolk coasts and the broads. Lots of beautiful walks especially if you have dogs. Richard and Alison perfect hosts. Site has all you need and lots of amenities very close at hand. So sad to leave but We will be back as soon as we can.

Little Gem

This was out second visit to see Alison and Richard and as before we received a very warm welcome, the site and facilities are well maintained The site is situated on quiet lane with easy access You really must try the eggs the best we have evert tasted, lovely recreation ground at the bottom of the lane for dog walking. This is one site that we will certainly be returning to on a regular basis. Thank you Alison and Richard see you next year

great CL

we stayed here for 2 nights with our elderly greyhound, he loved the site and the field opposite that we walked him on. The site is clean and tidy as are the toilet and shower. the owner was on hand and very friendly but in no way intrusive. We were welcomed onsite with a message on a notice board as to which was our pitch, shortly followed by Richard the owner, he told us where everything was and if we needed anything he was just next door to the site. Overall the site was a tranquil and very pleasant place to stay. We will definitely be re visiting.

Lovely site

Our first time on this site and it won't be our last. Access from the lane is very tight both in and out so care to be taken. On arrival we got a lovely friendly welcome from the owner who pointed out the facilities, a nice touch. The site gets plenty of sun so pitches aren't really an issue. The site lawn is cut regularly with the pitches being shredded wood chipping's which keeps things clean. There is one fresh water tap with good water pressure, an electric bollard is at every pitch. The shower and toilet room is a good size with a good hot shower and at £1 for 8 minutes is reasonable in the overall cost's. Decent supermarkets are within a few miles. The owners are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We will be back.

Pure Tranquility

A lovely well kept site. We found the welcome board with our name and allocated pitch number really useful. The owners are very friendly with nothing being too much trouble. The toilet and shower is a great addition to a CL. This one beautifully clean and easy to use. Can't wait to revisit.

One of our favourites

This is our second stay here as we had such a great time before we had to come back. A very nice site in rural location on the outskirts of the village of Banningham which has a locally renowned pub "The Crown" in 10 minutes walking distance. Beer & food here are excellent but book ahead as it get full quickly!! Site owners Alison & Richard are very welcoming & the on-site loo & shower (shower at small charge) are an added bonus. My caravan is 6.54m long and it was no problem getting it into the site through the double gates. The area has a large amount of great places to visit so do your research & enjoy yourself. It's definitely one of our favourite places to go.

Shouldn't really tell you this!!

Upon arrival were greeted with a personalised welcome sign. The site was spotless, with the wetroom/shower being a great bonus. The owners could not have been more welcoming and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. It is in a great, peaceful spot and like I say I shouldn't be telling as you'll all want to go there now.

Peaceful retreat

Stayed here on the august bank holiday weekend. Greeted warmly on arrival by both Richard and Alison. Very peaceful site, even though full most of the weekend. Only one loo and shower, not the newest but always clean and didn't have to queue. Also have a gorgeous one bedroom 'hen house' if you have non caravanning friends who want a home from home. Sure we will return when work allows!
