Our stay Wednesday 1st June 2016 for 4 nights.
A lovely site with a lovely owner. The site is on the banks of the Severn, 20/30 minutes walk from the town centre of Welshpool.
We stayed for 4 nights after the 2016 National. It was quiet and peaceful, at various times all you could hear was the birds in the trees and bushes around the site.
There is a walk through the woods, including an avenue of trees, to the village. Dogs can be let off the lead and can enjoy the freedom of the surrounding fields.
We will certainly be finding time, a weekend or longer, to return for another session of peace and quiet.
