The wife and I stayed here for a weekend. This site ticks all the boxes. Spacious with EHU and a toilet. Friendly and welcoming owners (that answer the phone) Great real ale pub about half a mile away.(dog friendly) Fantastic walk through woodland and along river to Richmond. Hilly and muddy in March, takes 45 minutes. Lots of pubs and shops here and places to visit. Very reasonable cost of £13 a night inc electric. A very clean and tidy site with a nice view. Tomtom with latest maps on iphone took us straight here without problem. The owner will kindly email you directions as some roads are narrow and best avoided. A very enjoyable stay and no complaints at all.
