Stayed here for the bank holiday. Owner very welcoming, lovely flat, tidy site with well mown grass. Plenty of room for van and dogs. Great easily accessible walk for dogs nearby. Went to the area to surprise daughter who stayed at a camping site. Area great and would recommend Pembryn beach which was dog friendly. We will definitely be returning and just want to say the entrance to site may have been improved as we had no problem with access.
The best ice-cream we've ever tasted!
Friendly and welcoming owners. Level grassed area with plenty of room and firm - even in early March! Loo immaculately clean, a bit of a walk, but who's complaining? Access could be improved though with a gate in the fence.
Mothman is not a dog lover, but he found Jess the farm dog affectionate and harmless. He is kept off the site though (other CL owners please note).
Pub, village shops and post office just a few minutes walk away. This is a 'locals' pub that serves generous portions of basic grub with an open fire. We also had a satisfying Sunday roast at The Crown a few minutes drive away. Hotel in New quay offers free Wifi, which we took advantage of with coffee and cake!
We visited Devil's Bridge - great waterfalls, and did about 16 miles of the nearby coastal path on sunny days. Took advantage of the Cardi Bach - a walkers' bus that allows you to do linear walks. Fantastic views and fishing villages. Llangrannog has the best ice-cream we've ever tasted!
Great site, fantastic location - we'll be back...
