At the time of our stay, the nightly charge of £22 (already high) only included 10 units of electricity. We stayed in the winter and had a frost most nights, so needed the heating ( blown air system) . On night one we had used 18 units ,so at that rate,we were gong to blow our 3 nights stay allowance, so we did not use the water heater and only had heating on when really needed. This is not what I expect from a site charging £22 per night. Overall the site is ok, reasonably maintained. Site is large ,but all vans are pushed to one end due to electricity points. The area is fantastic for walks and has two good restaurant/pub on your doorstep. Hopefully the owners have reviewed their charges ,as I can see no mention of the 10 units per night on the camc app.
