One of the best c l's

We have been to this site many times over the years. Paul Oliver who runs the site is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a first class shower, two toilets and all of the other facilities. The site is surrounded by a high hedge which gives protection from the weather. Mobile phone reception ( O2 ) has improved and there is good TV reception on the house side of the site - using an outside Ariel. I can thoroughly recommend this site.

Great place.

Paul is always around and what a great guy he is, this has to rank as one of the friendliest sites. We have just had six nights and the privacy for the caravans is great. One of our favourite CL sites.

Very good site loved it

Came to Pound farm for 3 nights on 06/07/17 as a party of 2 vans and finished staying for 10 nights.Paul the owner must be one of the friendliest owners I've ever met.The pitches are sheltered by conifers but didn't block out any sunshine,he let us site our vans any way we wanted(the pitches are of an excellent size). There are 2 toilets one being separate and the other in the shower room, also 2 sinks for any washing, can highly recommend it

Love this place

We came across this place purely by chance and stayed for 8 nights. The guy who runs it is great, you see him every day and nothing is too much trouble even though this is a working farm. The facilities are clean and ample for 5 vans and the location is just great for exploring, we found some great sandy beaches and went out exploring different things every day. If you are a national trust member there is plenty for you to see and do, even the broads are close by. At the end of your day out you can walk your dog along the farm tracks. We met some very nice people who have been going for many years. This was our first visit but will not be our last.

What a Gem !!

One of the best cl's we have stayed on. Although just off the A140 Norwich to Cromer road the site was very peacefull, the grass was manicured with plenty of space. There is a shower and two toilets, attached to the farmhouse. Paul the owners son was very friendly and we had a chat every day . Just up the road on the A140 is a pub called The Fox,fantastic food and real ales, big portions with fresh vegetables. Will definatley return to this cl, a great find.

Best CL site ever!!

This is an amazing site from the beautiful manicured lawn to the spacious homely shower room nearby. So close to visiting the Norfolk coast,we used it for Blickling Hall & the concert. The friendliness of the owners son was also a plus with plenty of information about the area.If only all sites could adapt this standard & welcome it would be bliss. We will certainly be returning to another concert if not before.

A Perfect CL

Pound Farm has to be among the best of all the C.L's I have ever stayed on from the friendly welcome, the manicured grass and the cleanest washroom! I booked for one night and stayed for three and am looking forward to a return visit in a couple of weeks time. I booked on the morning of my arrival, found the site very easily and was welcomed by Paul the owners son who showed me round and explained fully where everything was located. The site itself is flat with neatly mown grass with the option of parking just outside on concrete, still with access to electricity should the field become too wet. As the CL is adjacent to the farmhouse all the facilities are within easy reach....no hiking for half a mile with a full toilet cassette! Dog walking is an easy pleasure around the fields and each morning Paul took the time to stop his tractor and ask how I was, if everything was ok or if I needed anything. He even took the trouble to stop by on his day off to say cherrio. Pound Farm is in a perfect location for all that Norfolk has to offer. It is truly a gem among CL's and I look forward to many return visits
