NICE PEACEFUL SITE

Stayed 1 night, Sat 1st Oct. Rang last minute to book. Excellent location for visiting Cotswolds and very peaceful. Site is very well maintained with well laid out rubbish/recycling bins. A nice footpath to walk the dog. Would definitely recommend.

Tranquil and Ideally located

We stayed for 2 nights. A lovely welcome from the owners daughter. She kindly supplied us with a local printed map of walks. There are many walks and we sauntered into Bledington across pathways with our 2 small dogs who loved it. The site is well manicured with all the facilities needed to support your stay. A beautiful area and as Arnie would say 'We'll be back' definitely.

Beautiful CL

We stayed here for 2 weeks. It’s an easy accessible site and each pitch has plenty of space. The lovely views are idyllic. Hosts were very welcoming and the site was maintained very well. Perfectly located for all the Cotswolds had to offer.

Idyllic certificated location

Accessable, neat and tidy, very peaceful campsite, set in the beautiful cotswolds, approximately six miles from Chipping Norton, and nine miles from Burford. There is a village pub a short walk away along clearly marked footpaths across nearby fields. There are miles and miles of footpaths in every direction, ideal for keen walkers and dog owners! Very peaceful area especially at night with no light pollution. Facilities are of a good standard, with a recycling system, and the lush grass regularly kept in trim. Plenty of EHU points to allow a variety of positions for five units. Near Chipping Norton you will find Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop, which has delicious delights, we bought almost all of our food and milk from here during our weeks stay - highly recommended!

Fabulous site

We have just spent a couple of days at this lovely site with our 2 dogs. There are numerous walks from the site. The owner was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information on where to walk and how to get to the local pubs. The site was peaceful and there is plenty of space between each pitch. Will we return - definitely.

How a CL should be

Excellent all round, big field on a slight slope, easy access from the main road network. Beware of the bottleneck that is Stow! Surrounded by footpaths, I should know as I got lost on a run!! Excellent on and off road cycling and lovely villages to explore. Friendly and welcoming owners in the lovely part of the world.

Everything you could need of a CL

For us, this CL was perfect. Plenty of space between caravans, two eclectic leads fastened together helped with this, and an easy access to the site. Plenty of space for Arri to chase his ball and no one complaining. We got our owners to explore most of the bridleways and footpaths that are available straight from site. Bledington tea rooms are open every Friday morning which was a nice surprise for us and we got a free dish of water. Easy access to the lovely towns and villages in the area. We hope to visit again sometime in the future. From Anna and Arri. Two very happy dogs.

Well placed for tourist spots

We stayed for a couple of nights. The grass was nicely mowed and not too wet. We felt the price was quite high but decided you were paying for the convenient location. We visited Bourton Motor Museum and Chedworth Roman Villa.

The Braying Cockerel

Lovely site for expolring the attractions of the Cotswold Hills. Friendly owners kindly loaned us an extension lead for the EHU that enabled us to pitch on a preferred aspect of the field in which there is plenty of space. Grass kept well and not at all muddy. Woken each morning not by the usual farmyard cockerel but by a braying donkey! (that's not a negative point by the way!).
