Quiet but needs more communication regarding metered electricity

Whilst this site was quiet and peaceful and easy to locate, we felt a little disappointed with the a couple of areas. There was not any clear guidance regarding the metered electricity, I found the envelopes purely by accident when walking our dog around the site! We met the owner and paid her on the day of arrival, again we felt a little disappointed with the reaction to our query about the electric. It was useful for our purposes on this visit, but to be honest not sure we would visit again. 😐

Dear Millie camper, so sorry fell below your expectations, this is never our intention. I try to send an email out explaining the electric. Sorry if you didn’t find it helpful.
Just to avoid any confusion to anyone reading this, take a reading as you plug in, take another reading when you unplug at the end, subtract lower number from higher number, times by 0.31, and you get the price in Pounds. It’s all customer led but if anyone has any problems very happy to help in any way.
