We can only imagine Oaklea was a runner up for the award for best CL simply as there is no toilet/shower facilities, the site itself is breathtakingly beautiful. Piotr is very warm, welcoming and extremely interesting to talk with. The woodland walks are delightful with the bonus of Jays (seen plenty) and Tawny Owls (heard plenty, sadly did not get to see any on this visit). It rather depends what you are looking for, but if beautiful countryside, nature, peace & quite are high on your list of requirements it is hard to visualise anywhere better than this.
