I wish more sites were like this

This has got to be one of the best CL sites we have ever been on. It is clean, tidy, spacious and welcoming. The owners were there to greet us and direct us to were are friends were all ready pitched. We will certainly be visiting again.

Nice site and peaceful

Easy access, roomy well laid out site, pleasant welcome. More than happy to return. Quiet and peaceful site with views over the fields. Easy road walk into Stilton where there are pubs and shop. Slightly further walk into Denton and along green lane to Glatton to a nice pub too as mentioned in other review.

A return visit after a 3 year absence

We spent a 5 day Saturday to Thursday break at Oaklands Farm during early February 2018. Having previously stayed in Jan 2015 [see our previous review], we were prepared for a relaxing stay & that is exactly what we got. Since 2015 two new hardstandings have been installed higher up the field and a free Wi-Fi link is also new. [whilst “free”, the owners have asked for a donation to the local Air Ambulance.]. There were a variety of walks directly from the site including a lovely 5 mile “there & back” route through a green lane down to the welcoming Addison Arms at Glatton. The site owners were friendly and approachable. The nightly rate of £13 was fine.

Lovely site, helpful and welcoming owners. We will certainly use this site when visiting relatives in East Anglia. Very easy access from and to A1.

Peaceful Oaklands

Stayed on this site from 30/06/17 for 3nights,the owners are very friendly and helpful, they told us of placesof interest and directions also the main supermarkets and shopping centres. The pitches are hard standing but you can put the awning up on the grass by the side, excellent country views and the pitches very big and spacious can highly recommend it
