Lovely peaceful site
We found this site when looking for somewhere local to try out a new mattress that we had bought for our caravan, and we are so glad we stayed here. The pitches are all on level grass with loads of space in between them with views across a field where cows wander back and forward. You are well away from the road so it is very peaceful. There is a toilet block and a separate cute little shower that is quite unique with everything you need. The owners are very friendly and helpful when you need them but not intrusive whereby letting you enjoy your stay. The site is in a great location for visiting York and the surrounding area. We regularly like to stay somewhere relatively local to avoid long journeys and this site is now our firm favourite so we are looking forward to returning as soon as we can.
