Thank you David and Elaine we have had a lovely stay on your beautiful working farm. We were welcomed by David who was very helpful and obliging. The facilities are clean & tidy and the farm is well kept. There has been lots going on to keep us entertained and it was interesting to see the sheep, sheep dog and quad bike in action. I enjoyed a relaxing walk across the wooden bridge over the river at the bottom of the field on my stroll down the drovers path to Builth Wells which is a typical Welsh hill town retaining its original character. There are some quaint little shops so I was pleased to be able to support small businesses including Farmers Welsh Lavender which is about a mile and a half or so up the hill from the farm. Our grand daughter visited us while we stayed so we have some lovely photos of her (aged 2) and lots of happy memories :) We hope to visit again as there is lots we would still like to see and do so highly recommend to countryside lovers who like peace & quiet with the opportunity to visit local places of interest along the way.
Lovely
We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and it was very relaxing. It was quiet apart from the sheep!!
I think it would be quite busy during the season with the commercial site adjacent.
I good base for seeing the area.
A lovely week
This is a truly lovely place to stay, and we were sorry to leave. It is a working farm so sheep, tractor and quad sounds can be expected, but nothing to be concerned about. The owner was very friendly, not intrusive at all, and we loved the showers and toilets, with small lending library, and the occasional chicken packing around the caravan.
Starry and frosty nights in this dark sky area, and plenty of red kites gliding effortlessly on the thermals, scouting for prey.
We would certainly return.
The best CL in a superb location run by lovely people.
We have just returned from a short stay at Noyadd Farm and totally impressed.
The Price family are very helpful and so friendly, the toilet and shower faciltites are spotless (we agree even better than Club Sites) on a very clean and well run family farm.
This is set in a beautiful location with super views in all direction and just above Builth Wells (in good weather a nice walk down old drover tracks and quiet lanes in to the lovely town).
So central for touring mid Wales from Brecon to Elan Valley and the Cambrian Mountains, then over to the coast around Aberwystwyth.
We will certainly be back here more times, already planning it for spring 2022.
Thank you the Prices.
Very Quiet Site
Quiet peaceful site in a stunning location We are lucky to have cl,s like this and I can,t understand people people complaining about trivial things like exclusive showers and paying for dogs,if they used commercial sites they would pay a lot more than the prices here.I will gladly return here anytime.
Lovely CL but
This is a well kept CL lovely views the but is you are surrounded on three sides by other caravans and tents. The toilet and showers are not exclusive use you share them with everyone else. Also if you have more than one dog you are charged for them which is not stated on the website. I never book sites where you have to pay for dogs it's ridiculous or sites that have more than 5 vans nonetheless had a good week here plenty to do roundabout just won't be back

Nice site in pleasant surroundings
Just had a 2 night stay at Noyadd CL and was surprised at the peacefulness considering there are 2 other small sites adjacent. The views across the church to the hills behind were wonderful and I was well entertained by the swooping swallows in the evenings. I didn’t use the toilet and shower facilities so can’t comment. The pitches had own water supply and were level enough without the need for level blocks. The owners were very friendly on arrival and when I left. Will be returning for another visit.
Lovely and peaceful with some excellent views
We stayed in June for just under a week. The site is really 3 CLs in one but this doesn’t detract from the experience. Good facilities particularly with own tap and power on each pitch and areas are separated enough so that you feel you are on a small CL.
Recommended for a nice peaceful stay in mid Wales.

Cycle tour
I am a club member but was cycle touring in Wales in June 2021. I pulled in to the site after a long but amazing day in the saddle. The final pull up the hill from Builth was a little extra Welsh humour for the day! The owners were so welcoming and generously they offered to chill the beers I had bought in town at the end of the day! Thank you ! The tent field was fabulous, peaceful and the views were sublime. Hope to come back with the 'van in the future. Thanks again.
Nice site but toilets and showers are not exclusive to the CL site.
Fabulous site , easy to enter and exit with good size pitches on the CL portion. I mention this as the site also has 3 further areas for none members. These other areas cater for motor homes tourers and tents.
The purpose of this review is simply to point out that the toilets and showers are NOT exclusive to the CL site, and really how could they be as the toilet and shower block is situated away from the CL section with unhindered access to all and sundry.
Simply said, the Caravan and motor home club should remove the EXC marker for the booklet and web page description and replace it with SH for shared.
This site is as i said fabulously clean and tidy, the owner and his family are friendly and approachable and yes we would go again. Just don't advertise something that's not accurate.
