The site is level and pitches aren’t assigned but plenty of room for 5 units so you can select your view. The waste facilities are good and well screened. Views are beautiful and with virtually no noise from road or commuter rail line. Easy walk along road or via the river path into Sanquhar which has all basic facilities and lots to commend it in terms of history. The Arts centre has a lovely coffee shop and the Tollbooth museum which is free was more than expected with a very helpful staff member. It’s worth heeding the advice from Frances at the CL to make the most of the area. Would highly recommend the site and it’s certainly value for money.
