This is our fifth visit to this CL this year! I almost write this reluctantly, as not sure I want to tell too many people, and then not be able to get a pitch ourselves!! We have family and friends in this area, so the location is perfect! The owners Iain and Heather are always very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. We have never heard the “bird scarer” on our visits, so maybe this was just a one off?? The pitches are a great size, with taps and ehu on each pitch. We have a large 8.5 metre / 5 tonne Motorhome, and they usually put us on a hardstanding, but their grass looks firm, and we have seen motorhomes on the grass pitches. We usually go to The Old Fox in Coaley for a roast dinner, and can highly recommend this as one of the best roasts in the area!!
