We have just had a lovely weekend at this beautiful quiet site. Mark and Jane have worked very hard to get this new site up and running. We often stay in Hertfordshire to visit family and friends and this will now be our preferred site. It also has a lovely cafe and tea room and is a lovely area for walking or visiting Cambridge. The pitches are large and level.
BEST CL !!! clean and tidy, will be going here from now on !!!!!!
this place is perfect, clean and tidy lovely little café, and the cake is spot on. Really nice people. I have young children and there's lots of space for them to play. feels safe for the kids to walk round and be kids. nice walks as soon as you walk out the gates. will be going here a lot over summer and winter time, the area you get is very big and level. booked again today for a weekend.
Mill End Plants = Perfect

A great CL
This is a new CL and the owners are working really hard to do a good job. Lovely big hardstanding pitches. Peaceful (a little bit of aeroplane noise). Great cafe that also does a nice good value breakfast. Free Wi-fi that actually works quite well. Very secure at night and people on site are all very relaxed and friendly. I would highly recommend.
This CL sets the standard for others to copy!!
We have just had a fantastic weekend break at Mill End plants, this was our first visit to this CL and definitely not the last (we’ve already re-booked!)
On arrival we were greeted by the site owner Mark who showed us to our pitch and gave us a detailed run down on the facilities and local walks, he made us feel totally at home straight away and set the tone for a great weekend at this relaxed site.
The pitches are all large and level with shrubs planted around each one which will give each pitch a good level of privacy. We can also confirm other reviewers comments about the tea room and it’s fabulous cake!! Worth coming just for that!!
The site is relaxed and informal creating a totally relaxing environment, there are several circular countryside walks from gate to the site ending up at the local pub 400yards away. The site is secure and the gates are locked in the evenings and guests are given remote access fobs to open the gates should you wish to go out in your car.
The toilet facilities were available 24hrs and spotless.
We never post reviews but in this case we had to write this review about this fantastic clean well laid out site with friendly welcoming owners.
This site is the perfect advert for the Caravan clubs CL sites and what can be achieved. Simply fantastic little site a total gem and our new local getaway!!

One of the very best
I don’t really want to tell anyone how lovely this site is because I may not be able to reserve another pitch it’s that nice. On our arrival we were given a warm welcome and shown to our pitch all hardstanding and plenty of space. Mark & Jane were fantastic really friendly and helpful. The cafe on site was great and Jane cooks a great breakfast. Thank you Mark and Jane will definitely be back, if I can get a pitch. Thanks for a great stay.

Great site
Needed a 1 night stop over - lovely little site with WC /EHU and spacious hardstanding . Mark very welcoming on arrival even stood in the rain to guide us in ! Had lovely bacon rolls / coffee in onsite coffee shop at breakfast - the homemade cakes looked fabulous. Certainly making a note of this little spot .
Great New Site Run By Great Family
Just spent the Bank Holiday weekend at this super peaceful site. Family run by Mark and Jane, a couple who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, set up is adjacent to a nursery with Tea Rooms and CAKE. Big pitches, well spaced out so plenty of room for our dog Arnold to roam. Local pub a short walk away and plenty of well kept footpaths around the village to explore.
Will be back, if we can get in that is. :)
Fantastic site
Had a great time at this site, Mark the owner was really helpful and very friendly .
Pitches great and well spaced with area around the caravan for the dog to enjoy without disturbing others.
Nursery and tea rooms were excellent.
Definitely looking forward to returning.
What a great find!
Mill End Plans, A great new site!!
What a bargain, a new CL with 5 Hardstanding pitches, plus another H/S serviced pitch, separate men and women's toilet and free Wifi all for £13 pn. Access, through a wide security coded gate, is easy off a quiet lane less than a mile from the A507, Buntinford to Baldock road, between the A1 and A10. There is a footpath across fields adjacent to the site entrance which is ideal for taking ones dogs. The site is located on a nursery which has a lovely cafe. There are lots of interesting places to visit close by, including Knebworth House, Wimpole Estate (N/T) and Audley End (EH), as well as plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling on footpaths and bridleways close by, including the Ichneild Way. There is a Tesco, with petrol, and an Aldi at Royston about 6 mls from the site. The owners, Mark and Jane, have put a lot of work in setting up this site and deserve praise for how far they progressed in such a short time. Definitely one we would return to should we be in the area again.

This site is great. Mark Jane and the rest of the staff should be proud for what they have achieved in such a small time.
The site is quiet clean and so relaxing
We had to try out the tea room with fresh cakes and more.
We have booked for Mayday week-end cannot wait.
