Delightful, immaculate

Am sure this site will be a great success. Everything is there and the only thing at chance will be your preferred choice of weather.  Peaceful, owners who are there when needed and access to a lovely region we've never explored but will be back to see what we missed. Only drive down the road to see the cheek by jowl tourers at the neighbouring lakeside venue to bask in your choice of site. Go on, support an entrepreneurial cl site with your next visit. P.s. the beach north of mabletorpe is spectacular.

Perfect for seal watching and walks.

Very friendly helpful and easy going site. LocalPlacesOfInterest half a mile from the beaches. We went in November specifically to sea the seals at Donna Nook. it was very cold, no surprise there, but we had a great time seal watching and walking the beaches with our dog. Just a perfect CL site and everything a small site should be. Each pitch is flat and has its own tap, access is easy and the site is away from the road.  MIKE & EILEEN, Bridlington.

Great CL

Just spent a lovely weekend here, very friendly and helpful owners and the site was very well kept. A lovely peaceful location and within walking distance from donna nook. Will be returning in the summer when hopefully we can sit out and enjoy the unspoilt location.

Total Relaxation !

As the other reviews say, what a super new CL.. The owners Linda and Howard are great. Very friendly and always helpful with any info required. We have an antisocial dog,so this CL is fabulous for us,as there are numerous super walks, without having to bump into other people and four legged types! Walking distance from the village, with well stocked shops and good take away. Louth is well worth a visit. Super market town. Everything you need for a complete chill out!

Peace and Tranquility

Returned from a wonderful bank holiday weekend at Meals Farm CL. The site is spacious, peaceful and surrounded by lovely countryside. The weather was beautiful enabling us to BBQ every evening. The owners were very welcoming and keep the site looking immaculate. Newly planted trees in wonderful colours will only make the site more attractive over the years. Overall a great little find, although would perhaps benefit from the addition of a small dog walking area in the grassed space behind the site for early morning and late night 'visits'. Would definitely book again.

Lovely CL

We spent the Bank Holiday weekend at this this super new site and was sorry to have to go home. The pitching areas are very spacious being well laid out with individual service posts carrying hook-up, water tap and night light. New planting of hedging and trees means this site will improve as they mature. The sun shone for us and the open countryside looked lovely. The owners are welcoming, friendly and helpful, they also have some very nice holiday cottages (great for non-caravanning family and friends) and a plant nursery for garden enthusiasts. We visited the little market town of Louth, which we like, did some walks around Donna Nook and of course relaxed on site. We will certainly be returning, probably frequently !!

Perfect for unwinding

This is a lovely new site. Very well laid out with spacious individual pitches on firm, flat grass separated by newly planted shrubs and trees. Each mains post has two hook-ups, a shared drinking water tap and a night-light. The Chemical waste and recycling bins are well screened and we were told to water the shrubs with our grey waste. The approach roads and access to the site were very easy to navigate and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely relaxing May Bank Holiday break and recommend this site to anyone looking for peace and tranquility with plenty of wildlife in the area while still having easy access to local amenities and attractions. Also, we would recommend a visit to the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway about 10 miles away at Ludborough, they have an excellent buffet car tea room.

Wonderful new site

We were privileged to be among the first to stay on this site. From the warm welcome to the very generous pitches our stay couldn't have been better. A delightful site which will become even better as the hedges and trees mature. a good supply of electric and water points gives you a choice of where to pitch. All facilities nicely set into wooden pillars to blend in with the surroundings We enjoyed 4 nights of peace and relaxation here and will undoubtedly return. A short drive takes you to Donna Nook and miles of sand dunes to walk in, great for our 4 legged friends A very well set up site with some beautiful holiday cottages and a lovely plant nursery A definite recommendation from us
