We are wheel chair users and found this beautiful site. We enjoyed the lovely gardens and sitting by the pool relaxing as the sunset was a very blessed and special moment. Tim met us on arrival showed us around and then left us to relax. Lovely man lovely place we are definitely going back thanks Danny & Noshin
lovely gardens but cramped pitches
We visited for a long weekend in August in our Motorhome .. It had good points and bad listed below in our view
Good points
1 Good location for walking . The sandstone trail and Bickerton hill close by ..roads relatively
quiet for Cycling , castle and gardens near by
2 A few good pubs near by -we cycled to the cholmondely arms which was lovely
3 lovely well kept gardens
4 the shower and toilet was good , although in a shed
negatives
1 there is also a campsite on the farm in the next field .. We could hear through the hedge
that divided
2 The CL pitches where very cramped in my opinion and only the end pitches had the good
views .. Not too bad if only a few people but would imagine a bit cramped if full
3 the water supply was hard to find in the next field .. Not in the CL field

Their is a first for everything
The shower was first class as were the gardens ,Toilet needs a lot of T.L.C.
When we asked for another toilet roll were told we don't supply toilet rolls. That's a first for a C/L site and have used a lot around the country. very basic toilet in a garden shed, No mirror, soap, needs tidying up around toilet area. With a little T.L.C. it could be superb.
Although hard standing you could not get to hard standing without driving across grass and hard standing covered in weeds.
Quiet weekend stay in the most beautiful & well kept site .
We wanted a quiet , beautiful well kept site . Tim the owner was lovely phoned us up before our arrival with directions , was there to greet us showed us to our pitch . What a hidden gem only 30 mins from our home but we could be miles away . A well kept site , tranquil, beautiful gardens and pond. The site facilities were very good for a CL . We will be back !

They said it was a hidden gem
I was looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful, a place to unwind. I spotted Manor Farm and the reviews said it was a hidden gem. This description really doesn't do this CL justice. It is much more than a hidden gem. The pitches are hard standings, level and in a lawned area where manicured would not be an inappropriate description. Tim is a lovely gentleman, knowledgeable and very helpful and he was out every day I was there, trimming and pruning and keeping his wonderful 'garden' spick and span. Of course, this is a working farm but the peace and tranquillity lull you into believing that you're on holiday and away from the work. There are toilets and shower cubicle barely a few steps from the pitches and they are kept immaculately clean and Tim also provides an 'elsan' disposal point which would put several commercial sites to shame. Each pitch has an EHU and this is included in the booking fee, which I found to be very reasonable. I guess if you looked really, I mean really hard, you might find something small to complain about, but my only complaint was that I had to leave. I've never been here before, but thank you Tim for a most enjoyable and relaxing weekend. You'll definitely be seeing me again.
Love this place
Stayed here quite a few times. Mostly hard standing pitches, a couple of them a bit cramped. Good facilities but being in sheds may be a bit cold in winter, Set between 2 pubs, each about a mile away in opposite directions. The gardens are truly wonderful, beyomd National Trust standards. Tim is a good host, there when you need him but not visible other times.
When first arriving enter code at gate but then press the ENTER key

Superb
What a great CL. Brilliant location and extremely good value for money. Tim, the owner, is very welcoming and will do his utmost to help with any queries. For a CL there is the added bonus of a shower and two loos. The site gives access to the owners wonderful gardens and there is even a small lake, which I saw some people fishing. Access to the site is easy for any size unit and is about three miles off the A49 by Cholmondeley Castle (worth a visit).
I would highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful - third visit!
We’ve just enjoyed our third stay at Manor House Farm and could not recommend it enough. Tim is very welcoming and always offers to help if required. The gardens are beautifully kept - an absolute pleasure to walk around and enjoy. I am a particular fan of the robotic lawn mowers - very therapeutic and not to forget the fabulous job they do at looking after quite frankly the healthiest lawn I’ve ever come across. The site is very quiet with gorgeous sunsets. We do have 2 small children and they are made to feel very welcome with plenty of space for them to play. We will be back again. Thank you Tim.
Beautiful little gem
This site is outstanding , well looked after , owner is super friendly .
£20 per night if you stay more than one night .
We will definitely return
A little disappointing
Lovely little site. Never had a shower in a shed nor used a toilet in a shed, but all worked perfectly. Could have done with toilet roll available...?
A little disappointed after being called at 14.52 hrs after leaving at 09:00 hrs to be accused of running over an automatic lawn mower. Neither of our party went over on the grass near the gate and certainly if we had had the unfortunate run in with an automatic lawn mower, we would have owned up to such an accident.
