Fantastic introduction to C L sites
We were booked for 5 nights but unfortunately due to our car braking down we only stayed 3 nights.
This was our first visit to a CL site and it's thanks to the other reviews that we chose this one.
When we arrived we were met by Graham who gave a warm welcome and showed us to our pitch which overlooked open country side. Water and electricity was available on the pitch and soon grey waste will be installed making each pitch fully serviced.
The showers and toilets were immaculately clean with plenty of hot water. There is even a plate washing area which we were not expecting. The facilities here are as good if not better than any other site we have stayed at.
Graham and Andrea have made lots of leaflets availble in reception showing all the local attractions so there is plenty to do in the area or you could just sit in the peace and quiet and enjoy the country side.
Other reviewers have mentioned the train line however like them it did not bother us and we quite enjoyed the sound of it passing.
We highly recommend this site and will be returning as soon as we can
