The perfect CL

This really is an excellent CL. Gary and Jane were very welcoming and rightly proud of all they have achieved on their site. The ‘Shower Shed’ has excellent facilities and is spotlessly clean. The views from the lovely field is a joy and the peace and tranquility constant. We would have loved to stay longer and hope to return.

Amazing relaxing stay warm

We had a wonderful stop here on our way from Freshwater East to Snowdonia. The site was beautifully kept and the welcome emails were very informative. The site itself has a lovely view of the sea, our children spent most their time on the rope swing and looking at the animals. The little shower block is immaculate and lovely. We went into New Quay and were lucky to watch quite a few dolphins playing in the harbour. Fabulous holiday. Thank you

What a great site

Great find. Site can't be faulted. Sea view from each pitch. No ruined grass by awning owners because of the way the site is run. Owners Gary and Jane very welcoming and helpful. Plenty to do in the area. Walking great with many linked paths. You don't just have to stay on the coast path. Had a great week. Late June 2021.

Five Star CL Site

Excellent facilities, Jane & Gary made us very welcome, the shower rooms are excellent and COVID safe, the organised way in which recycling is done was just as good as we do at home! Even a special area for dogs to explore! The site is in a very quiet peaceful area with lovely walks along the coastal path close by, also a small cove near to the site is a wonderful place to while away an hour or two. The local area is great to explore, we didn't travel any further than 25 miles to find places of interest. We spent a lovely two week break here in June and would highly recommend it.

A top quality site in a beautiful location

Booked this site some months ago hoping we would be able to travel and that this would be a quiet spot. It didnt disappoint, the location is beauatiful, we were able to park looking out across the sea and on a clear day we could see the LLeyn Peninsula. The site is really well organised from the welcome chart as you enter to the fabulous toilet and shower rooms and not forgetting friendly donkeys. Will definitely return!

Delightful Spot

We spent 2 weeks on this beautiful site in May 2021. We have been Caravanning for 32 years and we can honestly say this is the BEST site we have ever been to! The facilities are first class, Jane & Gary walked over after we’d set up and gave us a warm welcome. The 2 shower rooms were newly build spotless and COVID safe. The laundry room was well equipped and easy to use. We enjoyed looking at the animals on the farm and loved giving the donkeys a carrot. The recycling was well organised. There was a beautiful sea view from our pitch and wonderful sunsets. We would have stayed longer but the site was fully booked. If you are looking for peace, relaxation, picturesque walks and enjoyable days out, this is the site for you!

The best CL we have stayed at so far!

On arrival our pitch was clearly shown on the "Welcome" board and we quickly set up our caravan and awning. Gary and Jane introduced themselves and made us feel at home by explaining where all the facilities are which includes a spotless toilet/shower room and even a dog wash for our two Weimaraner's! The dogs were immediately at home with the sites own dog walk where they could run around off lead till there hearts content. The view from the CL (out of our caravan window) was awesome with the view of the sea and sun set's were spectacular. Gary and Jane have done this site proud and their hard work has clearly paid off, so much so that we are already looking at dates to book here in 2022!

Fantastic site. Best CL we've stayed at.

This was a real find. Peaceful site with sea views close to Newquay. Fantastic facilities. Dog walk. Walk to see the animals they keep. Everything we needed and more. Free range eggs on sale. Jane very welcoming. Very clean & it all felt very safe in the time of the pandemic. Will definitely return.

Very Relaxing!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Was welcomed by Gary and Jane who explained where all the facilities were. They emailed the local bus services to me, though the timetable was only for Friday and Saturday( the summer services , Mon-Sat, only start beginning of June). Walking here is second to none. Did a lovely walk through the valleys, starting at the site, south to Pontgarreg and then Llangranog, lunch at the Ship Inn then back along the coastal path to Cwmtydu Cove then back to Llainfran. Another walk via paths and country roads to New Quay (about 3.5 miles) , had lunch there and then back along the coast path back to the site at Llainfran. Only half hour campervan drive to Aberporth or north to Aberaeron. Will want to come here again! WiFi was excellent and TV reception was good. Only downside was Showerblock and toilets were closed, but,of course, out of their control! Would certainly recommend. HUW Lewis

First time at a CL site and Wow!

Just had a 5 night stay at Llainfran, our first CL site, and wondering if they can possibly get any better! A fantastic welcome from Jane and Gary and lots of info about places to visit and eat, sea views, immaculately kept and lots of facilities not expected at a CL site. The toilet/shower block looked fantastic but we unfortunately couldn't use it because of Covid. You can wander across their fields to meet the animals, including alpacas, sheep, goats and donkeys. All in all a lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend it!
