Little Valley, WOW

WOW, the wife, our Old English Sheepdog and I stayed here for the last week in September 2023. The site was perfect for the weather we had, it rained every day but,,,,, the massive hard standings and gravel road made it so easy for our hairy dog to go outside, and not bring dirt back into the van. Bruce and Jan were fantastic, nothing to much trouble, very informative about the area, ( told us the best place for fish and chips ). Apart from the fact we live in East Devon and logistics make it impossible to pop up is all that is stopping us from visiting much more often. If you are thinking of going to Pembrokeshire way, and looking for a CL to stay, you will not be disappointed with this fantastic site.

Little patch of peace

Beautiful location for a chilled few days away. Quiet and scenic little CL perfect to recharge the batteries & soak in the views. Lovely local walks, which our dog loved. We stayed for 3 nights & loved every second of it. Our host Jan was friendly and welcoming, we had great contact throughout the whole booking process and whilst there. Will definitely return to such a lovely site.

Peace and quiet

We stayed here for 4 nights from 12/07/23 to 16/07/23. We arrived and set up. Jan came and introduced herself and provided us with the wifi code. This is such a lovely site, just what we wanted . It was small, clean, peaceful and dog friendly as well. All your fresh water, toilet waste, recycling and household rubbish etc was behind a screened area and all information about site and restaurants could also be found on the screened area here. The site is in such a beautiful area. The Woods just across from the site provided a great walk for the dogs. The site is situated just handy for St Davids, Fishguard, Tenby and Saundersfoot &. Narberth was great great for shopping and not too far. Jan was very helpful and was available when and if needed. We will definitely go again. it was wonderful. Thank you Jan for giving us the chance to stay in such a peaceful area..

Splendid CL

Just returned home from Little Valley CL and we were very glad we decided to stay there. Peaceful, super organised recycling, very large hard standing pitches with grass next to them. Spent 5 days exploring Pembrokeshire in every direction, so this site was the perfect location. Bruce and Jan were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. When you want a quiet day then just sit outside your outfit and enjoy the scenery and the horses. Definitely will return to this hidden gem!

What a beauty

What a perfect central location to come and spend some time either enjoying the peace and tranquility, or visiting the many wonderful locations that are all within a short drive away. The site owner Jan was very welcoming and full of knowledge about the best places to visit and eat. We can strongly recommend a visit to Broad Haven beach and the Youth Hostel Association cafe located just off of the main carpark. It doesn't look much from the outside, but we went in for a coffee and a warm-up with our two dogs, and were very pleasantly suprised by the interior and the food offering. The cakes were home-made and delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We returned several times for coffee and cake after walking the pooches on the beaches nearby. The nearby reserviour is also a worthwhile visit, so too are Saundersfoot, Tenby and many more locations. We will be back!

Lovely

We are coming to the end of our weeklong holiday at Little Valley. We arrived just before the heatwave so pretty much spent 2 days or so on site in order to keep our dog and ourselves from overheating. This was no hardship. We put our gazebo up to give some shade and chilled out on this gorgeous, peaceful site. The pitches really are huge; each with a hardstanding and grassed area. You will need heavy duty pegs for awnings etc. The view over the valley is lovely and it’s nice to see and hear the ponies. The site is well kept and the water, waste and recycling facilities are well organized and discretely screened off. Jan and Bruce are welcoming and friendly without being obtrusive. The site is in a great central location for exploring. We would certainly come here again.

Another Great Stay!!

Just had three weeks at this beautifully maintained and easily accessed site. Large, hard standing pitches overlooking the valley. Recycling, water, waste and CDP all close at hand but hidden behind a fence. Plenty of walking straight from the site with Wiston Woods directly across the lane - great if you've got dogs! Extremely peaceful meaning that it is no hardship to spend a day at the site. Jan is super friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Haverfordwest (about 2 miles distant) has most of the major supermarkets and day to day stuff. Easy to get to many places of interest all in different directions. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again. Thanks for a great stay.

What a refreshing change

Stunning location, great wood walk for dogs and dog owners. Fabulous hosts, who went above and beyond to accommodate Nicola and I. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem. Stu + Nic + Mario + Bb + Fluff

Peace and tranquillity

Excellent site to visit Pembrokeshire and beyond. Owners very friendly and helpful, always about sometime or another. Fee included enough electricity for 2 weeks, extra can be bought if you run out at current rate. Pitches are extra big enough for full awning, caravan and car. Outlook onto paddock with horses. Access is straightforward although final .75 is single track with passing places, reasonably quiet road. Walks nearby, Jan has notices for places to visit, eat etc along with separate bins for all recycling. Would return for just the peace and quiet apart from nature.
