What a beautiful site

WOW , what a lovely little Gem .. We stayed for 2 nights on plot 3 on 11th February what a lovely big pitch with water on the pitch and a washing line, Matt made us feel very welcomed and brought us half a dozen of fresh eggs from their own chickens which tasted amazing with our full English breakfast. The area is so beautiful and peaceful looking across open fields, the campsite is still blossoming with more pitches being added and a fresh water lake for fishing hopefully opening up in June. We can’t wait to return in the summer to see Matt and Barbara for a few more nights with our dogs who loved the dog walking area, also looking forward to see how the new additions are growing. Thank you so much for a relaxing stay and you have such a wonderful park and location. Highly recommend. 5 Star CL Site.

An Excellent CL

From the warm welcome, fresh eggs to the spacious hard standing pitches; everything you'd want from a well set up CL.

Amazing Site

Wow! A gem just on my doorstep. Beautiful, landscaped site, with 5 hard standing pitches, each with their own electric, water and washing line! Enclosed dog walking area on site, or take a walk around their surrounding fields. Looking out onto wide open fields, it is so peaceful and quiet. Excellent service from Matt and Barbara, especially with the fresh eggs. TV reception was great, and 2 bars mobile signal on my phone (O2). I will certainly be visiting again very soon, highly recommended.

Fabulous site out in the Kent countryside

Stayed here for two nights in January. Easy site to find, with the road in being an interesting - but perfectly doable - drive for a 7m motorhome. Very friendly welcome from Barbara and Matt as we were shown to our very large open pitch. As stated elsewhere this site is still very much in its infancy, and although it is already lovely, we can see how it might look in a few years time when the trees and hedges have matured and the planned additional areas are opened up. We will look forward to a return visit in the future. Highly recommended, especially for the peace and quiet and surrounding countryside.

Beautiful hidden gem!

What a beautiful site, thoughtfully set-up and although in it’s infancy we can already see what a wonderful getaway this will be. Starting with the warm and friendly welcome with freshly laid eggs for our breakfast to our reluctant goodbyes, we felt nothing was too much trouble. Poppy our mini schnauzer had great fun running around the dog field and routing around on the many local walks. While the other half enjoyed several days enticing the carp from the pond just over the field. A lovely setting with easy access we will certainly be returning.

Brilliant CL

Booked our 3 night stay at short notice, so pleased we did, this one of the best CL's we have stayed at, very spacious pitches, warm and friendly welcome. Good cycling and walking and only 1 mile from a bus stop with frequent buses to either Sheerness or Maidstone. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Lovely site.

Had a great 6 night stay. Matt and Barb have obviously worked hard to make this a great place to spend some calm and relaxing time. pitches are enormous, own water tap which is always a bonus and great dog walks. really cannot find any negatives. give it a go, they deserve to do well.

Great site

Enjoyed our one night stay here. The family are very friendly and helpful and the serviced pitches are huge and discrete. Lovely views and fishing lake but the outstanding feature for us was the enormous dog field. Daisy our mutt is looking forward to returning very soon!

Warm welcome, spacious pitches & dog heaven

Matt & Barb have created the perfect CL (with the assistance of father Tony who's an ardent caravanner!) Spacious pitches with your own electric point and water supply and even a thoughtful retractable washing line! The pitches are huge and separated with rustic fencing with adorable vintage style handpainted plot signage. The dog walks from here were great, across fields up to their private pond which you can fish for £10 a day. The dog meadow is fully fenced for your furry family to run free safely and ours loved in when the rain stopped and we got out. The pitches are pretty level and only one block was needed under one of our electric levelling rams - trust us, we've had to hotfoot to B&Q for wood on other uneven sites! The area is perfect for birdwatching as it is roughly 2 miles to Elmley Wildlife Hides. Shopping, takeaways etc are not too far away but this perfect site is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the relaxation that caravanning should bring. Matt and Barb have more plans but suffice to say we've booked next weekend and a fortnight after for the weekend and plan to visit every other week in September/October onwards too. The fresh eggs courtesy of 'Matt's Girls' were gorgeous. The funny thing is we live only two miles from this site and yet we could have been anywhere! Roll on Friday! We will be seeing much more of Matt, Barb & Tony and really wish them continued success in this new venture.
