Absolutely smashing CL Little Nook outside Hebden Bridge (with a station for Halifax, Chester, York, Leeds). Every 30 min bus service to town (hourly in the evening), excellent pub 200yds away. The site: beautifully landscaped pitches surrounded by plants and flowers. Quite possibly the best view in Yorkshire down the valley. Lovely owners. Excellent shower / loo / washing up room (but there is only 1 so be prepared to queue in the morning). We were really sad to leave, it was pure bliss staying there and we will return many times.
Wonderful Location
We have just spent 3 nights on this wonderful CL with stunning views across the valley. The CL is maintained to a high standard and has very clean facilities - a shower and a toilet. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and clearly take pride in maintaining the landscape around the site which had some lovely flowers in bloom whilst we were there. We had some great walks from the site but caught the local bus back from Hebden Bridge town centre - it was only £1.70 and stops right outside the farm which is a bonus. I was so glad of the bus after a challenging walk to Stoodley Pike! All in all a gorgeous location where you can sit peacefully just listening to the local wildlife. We did not want to leave and will definitely return :)
Balm for the Soul
The information provided by the owner is Comprehensive and the last few reviews have filled in any gaps so not much more to be added by me. The only reason for giving this review 4* and not 5, (wish I could have split the difference), is solely down to the ease of arrival. Personally I've encountered worse and I noticed during the time we spent here that drivers going up or down the A6033 Hebden Bridge to Keighley road generally knew that there parked cars on one side, nearer to H.B. so care was taken to allow any vehicles that had already started either up or down to have right of way. Common Sense prevailed but there are one or two blind bends as you negotiate with your caravan or Motorhome and you do keep your fingers crossed. The drive to the CL through "Old Town" is fairly straightforward as visibility is good. We didn't travel too far in our 4 night stay but did get down to Gibson Mill and Hardcastle Crags. We also made use of the wonderful weather and walked on the Moor and Hillside. The pub is a Timothy Taylor owned one but not always open on Mondays or Tuesday. The village shop (by the primary school) is well stocked and the cafe next door excellent. The CL is compact but whilst we were there everyone was friendly and showed courtesy to the others. I can see why this site is popular and the owner and family were very pleasant. Pitches are pre-allocated. We had no trouble with EE or Smarty signal.
Views are wonderful and sunsets spectacular. Hebden Bridge roads are currently being relaid so expect some delays in town, which in itself is well worth spending some time in. Well worth the effort in getting to it.
Lovely Spot
Booking and arrival details were provided very clearly by Steven - even contacting us a few days before arrival to apologise that he would not be there to greet us in person, but his daughter looked after us very well.
Directions to the site were very good. It does involve travelling through Hebden but if you take your time and follow the instructions carefully it isn't a real problem - buses follow the same route.
The CL is in a lovely elevated position with wonderful views down to Hebden and is extremely peaceful and well cared for with only the occasional passers by being horses led from the adjoining livery, but these were absolutely no distraction at all.
The toilet and shower facilities are very close and part of the farm house but they are of a good size and very well equipped with lovely shower and changing facilities - a pleasure to use.
The local pub which is five minutes walk is not open every day so we couldn't sample the food or ale there during our stay but we did try the Robin Hood at Pecket Well whilst out walking, and this served hearty pub grub all day on certain days.
Hebden Bridge is not far to walk but the walk down to it is steep in places, and all up hill on the return journey, so as others have said, the return journey by bus is very welcome if you need it.
We used this site to break our journey to Northumberland and we certainly weren't disappointed.
A gem of a site
I agree with all the positive reviews. It’s a gem of a site that has been carefully landscaped into the hillside and is lovingly looked after by its owners. At the end of June when we visited the flowering shrubs that bordered some of the pitches were particularly attractive. We would definitely like to return.
Well kept site with fabulous views
Our third stay at this site. Marvelous views and immediate access from the site to a network of footpaths over the moors, or for a more energetic walk to Hardcastle Crags and Gibson Mill. A surprisingly good bus service runs from the site down into Hebden Bridge.
The site is very well kept. As we were advised on booking the shower and toilet facilities were understandably unavailable due to Covid, but water and chemical disposal are convenient.
The owners are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area.
Follow the provided directions to get to the site rather than using SatNav. Even with these directions, the A6033 up out of Hebden Bridge appears a bit daunting with a steep climb and parked cars reducing it to single lane in some parts, but in practice it's no problem.

Lovely walks and views.
We stayed at this lovely peaceful little site recently. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The site is well managed and the view is spectacular. There are great dog walks nearby across the moor and on Bridleways and footpaths. We totally understood the shower and toilet facilities being closed due to the pandemic, and were more than happy to use our own onboard facilities. Hebden Bridge is a twenty minute walk away down hill...a bit longer coming back up hill...but well worth a visit. We travelled over the moorland road to visit Haworth and the Bronte parsonage. Heptonstall is also close by. There is a pub only five minutes away selling food and local ales. We will definitely be back.
Shame about the facilities or attitude to opening them.
This site is advertised with toilet and shower and we were told two days before arrival that these facilities would not be open as their small team did not have time to keep on top of cleaning them (because of COVID). Yet despite going there from a much bigger and busier Caravan Club site (Buxton) where there were no additional cleaning or COVID measures (other than wearing a mask and distancing in indoor areas) and telling this to Steve the CL owner, he still did not open the facilities, yet he did have time do prep his own caravan for sale and do the gardening round the CL. No reduction in price for lack of facilities and a poor attitude to customer satisfaction. Went on to stay at another site on the way home with no COVID restrictions except for limiting numbers in toilet blocks and yet their facilities were spotless, like Buxton. Don’t understand why there are such mixed standards or attitudes.

Returning guests
This was our second trip to Little Nook Farm and once again we thoroughly enjoyed the views and the peace. It's a beautifully kept site and the owners are very welcoming. Highly recommended.
Faultless!
We have thoroughly enjoyed a three night stay at this faultless CL. Beautifully maintained with friendly, helpful owners. So many things to do and see. We really wished we'd stayed longer and can't wait to go back. One of the best sites we have ever been to.
