You get feel for a site from reading the description and reviews and Lavender Lodge certainly gave you the promise of a pleasant stay and we were not disappointed. The turn in is tight, with a flint cobble wall to the left and a hedge to the right, then another tight (ish) turn to the right to access the site. That being said we were in first attempt with a 27' motorhome. First impressions: Absolutely immaculate! Beautifully kept and so peaceful. Annie was out to greet me within a minute and so welcoming. We received site information, local area attractions pamphlet and an offer from the local pub. Our first stay was for two nights, but we extended to four, and have already booked to come back. This is the best CL we have had the pleasure to stay at and we have been to many. A rather nice, unexpected touch for a CL is that each pitch has its own water point, very handy, especially if you can connect directly to the mains. In summary, Annie is lovely, the site is amazing and its North Norfolk, so beautiful surroundings.
Stayed here for 6 nights 2 weeks ago. Friendly welcome from Mrs Varley. Lovely site with water and electric to each pitch. Waste disposal and recycling easy. We will certainly return if in this area again.
