Beautiful views but a tad expensive for a CL
All automated arrival by ANPR so never saw a soul. It is just a tarmac car park with a couple of removal barriers and is really for small motorhomes/campervans as pitches were very small.
Toilet block facilities were very clean and shared with boating community but not very many showers so had to sit and wait - not sure what it would be like in peak season.
As stated before, the chemical and grey waste isn’t near and quite tight to manoeuvre over.
The views are fantastic. The walk into Largs is easy along a paved pathway with views all along the route. Easy ferry over to Cumbrae £4 return and £3.50 return for the bus to take you into Millport. We’ve taken the bikes and cycled around the island before - about 10 easy miles.
It is expensive for what it is.
