Good Addition To The Network

Site is easily accessed from the public road along narrow surfaced farm road with passing places and good views. CL is a relatively flat, large field with plenty of hook ups and water points dotted around the edge - plenty of space for everyone even when full. Grass is kept mown and more importantly - it's all picked up so no trailing grass cuttings through the van on damp mornings!! Thank you. Free WiFi whih worked well but there is an extra charge for dogs (£1 per night per dog). The EHU is only 10 amp - something we didn't realise until we had tripped it a couple of times. Plenty of walking from the site and although we tried the tearooms at Tysoe - unfortunately they were closed - they did look nice though. Easy access to Cotswold hotspots, various NT properties plus Warwick and Stratford. A mainly peaceful location, especially in the evening - some noise early morning - employees arriving and departing at adjacent landscaping business. Site recommended.

Great Site

Just spent a very enjoyable weekend and this site. You can walk from the site to Tysoe and we visited the Tea Rooms and had dinner at The Peacock in Oxhill. Plenty of electric and water points on a generally flat field. Owners are very friendly and have printed a information leaflet. The WIFI is also very reliable.

Great location

We spent 4 nights at Kirby Farm. The owners made us feel welcome and gave us an information pack. The site is a large field with plenty of water and electric points. Entry to the site is easy and the field is level. As a working farm there is some noise but being a few miles from a major road it's very quiet at night. The location is great for Stratford Upon Avon and Banbury. National Trust visits are easy with 3 places in under 10 miles. Also walking/running to Tysoe is just over 2 miles each way for a newspaper and the tea room opens at 9am.. We have used CLs for over 20 years and this one is in the top 5.

Weekend Break

What a great site, friendly owners, peaceful and so much room for a CL. We will be returning soon. The village pub is also friendly, a nice walk from the site, had a really enjoyable time.

Two firsts at Kirby Farm

We booked this CL last minute for a test run with new caravan. The site is at the end of a long driveway which means apart from the occasional farm traffic it is very quiet. The access to the large level field is easy, ehu and water points are well spaced giving plenty of pitching options and lots of space. The facilities are very good and screened of from the pitching area. Local a shops can be found at Tysoe and Shipston on Stour. The pub in the village serves food and is dog friendly too. There are walks directly from the site or around the farm, great for dog walking. Owners very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and as we only live half an hour away we hope to return soon. Can highly recommend this new CL.
