Stunning and tranquil.

Beautiful site. Wonderful views and very peaceful. Facilities were kept in great order. A fantastic location for exploring the moors and coast. Our dogs loved it as much as we did, beautiful walks straight from the site. Highly recommended.

Wonderful

We arrived at this site a little late and were met by the friendly, informative owners. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The site was immaculate in a lovely location and was extremely quiet which is ideal for us and our 5 dogs. We can't wait for a return visit.

A great place to stay

An extremely pleasant site. Good hard standing pitches, plenty of room and very quiet. Excellent facilities including washing up area, all immaculate and close to pitches. Very friendly welcome and booking was professional and straightforward. We did not find the car boot sale a problem: people leaving drove out through the site (pitches roped off) and were able to use the loos. Since we were out in the morning we hardly noticed it. Lovely village, good pub, great tea shops, museum much recommended. Will definitely return.

Best CL we have stayed at

Warm and friendly welcome. Beautiful site with all hard standing, lots of space, level pitches. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. We had good TV reception. Very well cared for site, in a lovely village in the North York Moors. There are some very nice walks from the site across the Moors. Will definitely return.

Great cl

We received a warm welcome from Louise on arrival, explaining everything about the site and surrounding area. Although this is a small site it is spotless, well laid out with level pitches. The local pub is only 200yds away serving good food and drink , though expensive. A great site for walking and visiting the Yorkshire Wolds area, well worth a visit.

Absolutely perfect

Agree with previous comments, this site is perfect and for us, it has everything. Shower etc spotless and a joy to use. Peaceful, beautiful area with varying walks from the site. Hutton-le-Hole is postcard perfect, pub, cafes, chocolatier and Rydale museum all perfect. Friendly, approachable owners who were unobtrusive and a pleasure to meet. Very lovely Yorkshire couple in next caravan with gorgeous old dog was just the icing on the cake. This will be a regular one for us, highly recommended.

Excellent !

On arrival we were met by Louise and given a very warm welcome, information on the site and local walks. This is an exceptional site, beautifully maintained and had two toilets, a shower and pot wash which were spotlessly clean and a welcome benefit for a CL site.  In the centre of the village close to cafes, and The Crown served delicious food.  Would highly recommend this site, and we will definitely be back.

CFL Certified Fabulous Location

A very friendly and well managed location. It is a real privilege to be allowed to park a caravan in the heart of this beautiful village. The shower and toilets were the best we have ever experienced on a CL site. We enjoyed two weeks exploring the beautiful towns, villages, open moorland and valleys in the area. On many days we walked directly from the site without using our car. If you enjoy peace, quiet and getting away from it all (no mobile signal was an advantage) this is the site for you. The car boot sale was great fun. Highly recommended. We hope to return. Thank you Louise and Will.

One of the best

The welcome from the site owner was very friendly explaining the facilities and giving advice on things to do in the area. There is an excellent shower room and two toilets all in an immaculately well kept secure block. The pitches are all hardstanding and well kept. There is a good pub in the village the menu looked a little pricey but the food did look top notch. At £18 per night it is a touch pricey but it is quiet, easy to reach and has exceptional facilities for a CL Perfectly sited in probably the most picturesqe village in North Yorkshire and is only a short drive to several attractions and the quaint market town of Helmsley. We would definately return
