Just returned from a peaceful 3 night stay, where we were the only guests so had our pick of pitches. Pitches slightly slopping so would need levelling blocks or ramps. Views around the pitch really nice and for a working farm very quiet minimal noise. No road noise whatsoever. The area is definitely worth a visit. Our overall rating was 4 stars only because of the following, the electricity is 10 amps and as it was cold our heating needed to be on most of the time, therefore we had to manage the use of other electrical appliances due to it tripping out on several occasions, this might not be a problem in warmer weather when heating not essential. Also the toilet waste disposal is just a metal grid over a drain, there was no water nearby to clean the drain and flush the cassette.
