We have been going to this site for over 20 years with both caravans and motorhomes. We have always found the owners to be accommodating and welcoming. Please remember that this is a working farm set in wonderful countryside. Our children have grown up now, but it was the one holiday that they really looked forward to 'Farmer Dave's" (and our other holidays were sailing and skiing so not bad!). We choose CL's to get away from it all and this is a definitely a place where you can relax with lovely pubs, farm shop and walks. You can purchase fresh eggs, Aberdeen Angus and lamb on site. It is an authentic piece of Yorkshire without the mod cons - just perfect!
