Highly recommended.

We have just spent 6 days over the new year at this lovely site.  Sited on a three acre site comprising of an old orchard, wild grasses and mown strips and camping spots and fantastic views of the Shropshire Hills. The birdlife is fantastic and provided me with hours of watching enjoyment, especially the gold crests. The owners were most  welcoming, warning us to take care at night as the cattle grid. could be slippery in the frost, and inviting us to collect water from the inside the farmhouse when the taps froze. Ludlow is about a mile away along an old stagecoach track and roadway making it a fairly easy walk although the park and ride served us well. Ludlow itself is a beautiful historic town that has plenty to offer beyond just the castle . The assembly room for example has a long list of events and entertainment including a small cinema. A faulty battery delayed our departure but was fixed enabling us to depart to a cheery wave from the owners.
