If only all CL’s was like this!
Stayed 4 nights on 28th August 2024. I’m reviewing this site has a (semi-fit) 76 year old, experienced (35 years) caravanner (keen cyclist, e-bike now)!
A quite Adult only, dog friendly site. Easy to book by phone or email, the campsite is well signposted with no narrow roads leading to the site. Access to the site is good with a secure coded barrier (no problem for our large single axle 584 caravan), all the pitches are fully serviced, level hard standing and very generous in size, the campsite is beautifully maintained and when the sun is shining all pitches get plenty, if needed there is a converted summer house, heated with an immaculately clean toilet and large shower room with plenty off hot water (free). The owners (very nice laid back people) are caravanners themselves and have put a lot off passion and thought in designing their CL just perfect! Alone side off the campsite is what they call a drain!! Looks like a river too me, great for fishing or just walking with or without a dog, has it’s the Fens great cycling for miles (not a hill in site) with pretty Fens villages spotted about, we will definitely be back, we rate this has the best CL we have stayed at.
