Just back from a week here. What a find. Pleasant owner, well kept site with toilet and shower. Definitely booking again.

Lovely site & well run

Just had 6 nights with Stuart at Homefield CL during the October Half Term Break. Great site if you own a dog as the adjacent large field is perfect for those early morning or evening exercises. Site is also very central for the New Forest and beaches of Milford on Sea, Keyhaven and Barton on Sea. Local shops very close in Hordle and Tesco superstore in New Milton if you wish. Hordle Lakes very close too for the anglers among you with day tickets available. We ate at The Mill, just two minutes drive away which was spectacular and well recommended. Good access to the site, gated for extra security and the hard standings are a great bonus if the weather is inclement. Stuart is very accommodating and keeps the site immaculate. The wet room shower is very useful but take plenty of 20ps as you may need 3 for a good length shower. Still very cheap though. Will definitely be booking again for a stay next year.

What a gem!

Literally got back today after a delightful 2 nights stay. Had such a lovely warm welcome & the site is idyllic. Facilities were spotless & cleaned daily. So quiet there, other than two owls i could hear calling which made the stay even more magical. Thanks so much

Lovely site

A lovely, well maintained site in a beautiful part of the South coast.  Many things to do within the surrounding area.  15 nights was not enough.  The owner was very friendly and accommodating.  We will certainly visit again in the future.

Pleasant and peaceful

We were looking for a site close to the fishing complex at Hordle, we were not disappointed by our choice. The pitches are spacious, level and well laid out with easy access to fresh water and waste disposal points. The owner is very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The site is in easy reach of many areas around the New Forest, whether you wish to drive or use the local transport network. There are plenty of local shops near the site and a large Tesco in New Milton.

Lovely peaceful site

We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed this site and location very much.  Very peaceful and private, especially if you pitch overlooking the spare field. Stuart was very friendly and helpful but left us alone to enjoy our stay.  It is convenient for quite a lot of this part of the coast. One toilet and one shower each for male and female, but we never had to wait, even when the site was full.  Easy for the ferry to Isle of Wight and we got a very convenient train from Sway (very close to the site) to Poole, ferry from Poole to Brownsea Island then back to Sandbanks, bus to Bournemouth and caught train back from there to Sway.  A lovely day out and so much easier than driving.  Thank you Stuart and good luck for the rest of this season.

LOVELY WEEKEND

Nice friendly owner helpful and leaves you alone to enjoy his delightful site, have to say we have not stayed at many club CL sites but if this is the sort of standard that can be expected then we will be staying at a lot more ,The hard standing pitches are well laid out and spacious and level ,we did not use the shower but just like the toilets it looked clean and tidy ,we were lucky to stay on a lovely sunny weekend and can honestly say this site is a right sun trap from dawn to dusk ,as with other reviews yes you do get a bit of road noise but it is not that bad ,can not comment on noise from nearby units as we arrived friday evening and left sunday lunch time and never heard any noises from them  ,finally would like to thank stuart  and the nice friendly couple from andover (sorry didnt get your names )when our motor mover got stuck on

Warm welcome on arrival. Site good with the bonus of toilets and showers on site. For the price I would expect the hard standings to be better defined and although the toilet facilities are clean daily they could do with updating.

What a Superb site for a Lovely relaxing holiday

Now we have settled back at home we are writing to say what a pleasure it was not only meeting Stuart Bailey, but the pleasure of staying on your delightful Certified LocalPlacesOfInterest for a 17 Night Holiday We were hoping to see you on Leaving last Wednesday, but on ringing the bell and no answer we assumed you were as normal busy looking after your delightful site Anyway once again may we say your CL is a credit to you and one that we certainly intend using again We at this stage do not see us seeing you again later in the year, but in anycase once we start looking at 2015 breaks, your lovely site will be at the top of our list

Lovely

We have just returned from a lovely peaceful week at this site. Stuart was friendly and welcoming, and the site quiet and relaxing. Yes ..there was sometimes noise from people working with machinery but it was not really noticeable or intrusive at all. Highly recommend a visit !!
