We absolutely loved this place, so much so that we stayed an extra night to our booked 6 nights. We found the owners very friendly and helpful. Access to the site looks tricky but the owners will advise the way to approach it and we had no trouble. The owners dog is very friendly and, although he barks when he sees you, he is always glad to see & greet someone. While we were there we covered Windsor/Eton, Marlow, Windsor Great Park & Virginia Water, Bekonscot Model Village, Langley Park (which is only 2 miles away) & Cliveden Park - all of which are highly recommended. We were also fascinated by the Red Kites which are in abundance here but taking a photo of one is not so easy. It was lovely to be at the back of a thriving self pick farm & fresh Raspberries & ice cream (the local shop is 10mins walk for the ice cream) were a treat along with the Victoria Plums. We will certainly be back next year. No electric hook up but our roof mounted solar panel & 12v tv did us proud.
