A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN IN NORTH NORFOLK
After arriving, using excellent directions, we began which can only be described as the most wonderful peaceful and idyllic summer break. The site is large so plenty of room for caravans to spread their wings. Water and waste points are easily accessible. The site is flat and grassy, beautifully surrounded by mature trees which make it very sheltered.
Friendly helpful owners started off a wonderful 6 day break at the end of August. Undoubtedly the weather played a very large part this year. We caravan with our dog so activities need to be doggy friendly. Plenty of off the lead walks close by to the site added to his enjoyment.
The site is close by to Burnham Market, Sandringham, Hunstanton, Heacham Lavender, Wells next the Sea, Holkham Hall and several steam railways, which always feature heavily in our visits!
The pub next door provides beautiful meals and good ales at a cost!
This site has quickly become one of our favourites and we will certainly be making a return visit soon.
