We booked this site some months before visiting on the back of the glowing reviews so we're very shocked when we arrived and found 6 vans already pitched up and someone just finishing setting up on the pitch we had been told we would be on. The only remaining pitch was uneven and littered with mole hills making it somewhat muddy after rain. Jaik was very apologetic and admitted it was his mistake but that didn't help us! He did find a hose for us so we could have mains water. For most of the 9 nights of our stay there were more than 5 vans. The noise from the A12 was quite intrusive and every morning before dawn about 3 empty lorries rattled down the lane. Although the site info states wifi available on the whole site it was very hit and miss and at times non existent. Not sure I would return.
