On arrival the black fence was not easy to see and the bushes on the drive could do with being cut back. The owner came and told us where to pitch etc. The large site is sloping with a good outlook, and very quiet, we needed to use the lock n level. which was ok, It is very open so hence the title!!! At one point we went to use the drinking water tap and no water, was not told it was going to be switched off and no notice on the tap. The morning we were leaving and asked for the meter to be read so we could pay what we owed we were told to do our own meter reading! Ideal site for getting into Lancaster and Morecambe. Walking from Conder Green car park along the track is very pleasant.
