What a fantastic place! Unfortunately we were only had time to stay for two nights. From the initial contact, where Suzanne emailed me with very clear instructions on how to find them we knew that Hendrifton would be a great place to stay. The warm welcome when we arrived made us feel like very welcomed. The welcome pack left for every pitch covered everything you needed or indeed wanted to know about the CL and the surrounding area. A lot of work and thought had gone into producing that pack, greatly appreciated, thanks. Suzanne and David offered advice on what to do and see in the area, we took there advice and walked to Golitha falls and then onto and around Siblyback lake, a very pleasant day out. Oh but remember to leave room for a burger at Inkie’s Smokehouse. The CL is set in a lovely field with great views of the surrounding countryside. The silence was only shattered by the dawn chorus. The day we left I was lucky enough to see a deer in the bottom of the field that topped off an extremely pleasant but to short a stay. We have no problem in recommending this site provide there is enough room for us to return. Thank you for a great stay. Hopefully we will see you again shortly.
