Just come back from a couple of nights away. Lovely site and fantastic location for nearby beaches. Warmly welcomed by owner and other caravanners. Spotless toilet and shower with lots of local info. Little bit of road noise but the area is a bit like that. We will visit again soon
Handy base for visiting all round Norfolk .
Enjoyed our first trip away ,in our van,as newcomers to caravaning.
Nick was their to help us,nice site, hook up & water for each place. Nice views . Single toilet & shower on site to. Handy for visiting Cromer and surrounding areas. Just one thing their was quite a lot of road noise, but would like to stay again anyway.

Perfect Location.
What a great little site this is so easy to find and easy to access, the only down side to this is some traffic noise but this is to be expected on a site located next to a main road. The site is centrally located for visiting all the main attractions in this part of Norfolk whether you interests are sandy beaches, quaint coastal towns, wildlife walks or National Trust properties.
The site itself is flat and surrounded by hedge rows and fruit trees attracting many species of birds for you to enjoy. The facilities are good with a water tap attached to each hook up point which are also lit at night so no stumbling around in the dark. The toilet and shower are located in a timber shed and whilst we did not use them ( We prefer our own ) they always looked very clean and presentable.
We will most certainly use this site again when next in the area which we hope will be very soon.
Perfect for Cromer and Sheringham
Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Pitches all kept in excellent condition. Free loo and shower. Had the offer of hoses to fill barrels and help offered to put up awning. This site is on the main road into Cromer hence a bit of traffic noise but perfect for getting about. Lovely views over into Norwich 23 miles away. Highly recommend it.

Holiday 2014
Spent a wonderful two weeks in August at Grove Farm. Facilities are clean and adequate for a CL. Each pitch has a water tap shared with only one other pitch, likewise with the electric hook up. The hard standings are covered with bark chips, So much better than gravel and kinder on your feet. The site does only have one loo / shower, which is shared but its clean if you want more facilities then perhaps you should be booking a main Club site. Both Nick & Sherry are attentive caring owners and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They check regularly that you are OK and always happy to give advice on local attractions.
We timed our stay to perfection as the fruit trees around the site were fully loaded when we arrived; they were not quite so full when we left. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for next year. Well done Nick & Sherry your C.L is how a C.L should be run.
Our Summer Place
This site has a beautiful view over the lovely North Norfolk countryside. It is on the flat and is very easy setting up on arrival. We have visited here for many years and have always found Nick and Sherry and the other caravaners very friendly and helpful. In fact we always book for the following year. There are lots of places of interest to visit.

Holiday
Had to remove grass cuttings from all over the bottom of our caravan on site. Removed rest from underneath on return home.
Central site for visiting area. Near to shops etc.
We did like there being just one toilet for everyone, no hot water to wash hands.
stuck in the sixties
Spent four nights here May 2014, site located to the rear of a farm house of a buisey noisey main road.as you enter the site to your right you pas the toilet / shower.one of each located in cobweb ridden garden shed, the shower has hot water but the sink has only cold, don't think we will make a return visit.
