New year break

The site is lovely and quiet. Well laid out and clean and tidy. We stayed for 6 nights with our family and we all enjoyed it. Paul checked in with us at beginning of stay but after that left us to enjoy our break, will be back

Visit this site

owners friendly and not intrusive. Paul paid us a visit once to make sure we had all the information we required. The site was very clean and tidy, facilities were clean and good. The shed contained local information with a small library. It was a quiet and easy going site, we shall certainly be visiting again and would recommend it to others.

One to visit

This is a beautiful and tranquil site. We visited Paul's site for 4 days in April and loved it. Paul and Sandra are a very welcoming couple. The site has electric and water to each pitch and plenty of room for an awning. If it's peace and quite, but the ability to,within an hour or so,visit some of this areas lovey locations, ( all information located in the sites information hut) then it's a must visit site. We would highly recommend this CL site, and look forward to a revisit later in the year.

Most peaceful site we have ever visited

Paul has given his site so much thought. The lay out and amenities are first class, the electric and water for each pitch, with solar light is very helpful. (we had one to ourselves so were able to plug in to the mains water . There are easy to use disposal facilities , recycling and a cabin full of useful information to help yourself to. The site is so quiet and views across fields, Paul had built an owl box so hopefully on day it will have a resident, the hedges are growing well and will be full of birds too. Plenty of areas to discover and the RSPB sites are many for bird enthusiasts.Walking along the waterways and the fenland birch woods are easy. We would certainly visit again if in the area.

First Visitors at Excellent CL

We found this site when exploring the club website and were the first official visitors! Paul has put a lot of thought into setting up his CL and the result is a little oasis of calm in the fens. Everything is in place for a relaxing stay with good sized hard standing pitches with electric and shared water points. There is even an 'information hut' filled with useful information on the surrounding area. The site is close to the A47 but we recommend you follow instructions and not Sat-Nav (Paul did make this clear on booking!). We will be back.
