From booking to leaving this site has it all .
We had regular updates prior to our short break including WiFi passwords and gate codes as there are two secure gates , one being left open in the day for the business in front of the site and the other purely for the site . The business is quiet and makes no impact on your break .
The site is set out so well and is lovely and level , the grass well maintained even with all the rain we’ve had . Ehu and double water taps at 2 pitches while the end pitch is ehu and single tap - plenty of room for van and awning at the pitch .
Wonderfully peaceful and quiet with only normal countryside noises . Dark skies at night as there’s little light pollution .
If you want a relaxing break this is the one for you .
Peaceful Site
Our second stay at this site, this time for four nights. A very quiet site with very easy access and level pitches. An ideal site if you just want to relax and unwind. Booking via their website and we received regular communication regarding our booking. We will certainly be coming back for a third time sometime next year.
Very Peaceful Site
We stayed here a couple of nights during our August tour of Cambridgeshire/Norfolk/Suffolk - very quiet and clean site. Booking a doddle and pricing excellent - just what a CL should be.

Nice quiet site
Stayed here the other week, found it fairly easy to get to, straight off the A1, then A47, no drama, the instructions to locate the site were perfect. You access the site through 2 x locked gates with a code supplied by the owner, so felt really secure. All pitches are hardstanding with water & hook up on each post. Grass was kept low & pitches level, nice little information hut with leaflets on local interests etc. We used this site as a base to do some local cycling, we went to Sandringham, Ely, March, Kings Lynn etc...all worth a visit if you are in the area! Also very flat too, so no strenuous hills! Site was very quiet on a night....lots of birds/wildlife too! Would recommend!
What a Diamond of a site
Our first time at a CL and our first time away in this caravan. Could not have asked for a better introduction to CL sites. The owner is absolutely fantastic and gives you so much information before arrival you just can't go wrong. The site is small with 5 clearly defined spaces and a large field to the front with a small fruit orchard. There is fresh water and electricity right beside the pitches and a rubbish/recycling/grey waste/chemical waste area which is spotlessly clean. The information shed has a whole load of things to do/see/go. The roads anywhere in Fenland are wobbly but if you take your time and follow the instructions given by Paul you'll arrive without any breakages. We were lucky enough to be on site when the harvest was underway and boy do those farmers work hard !! The noise from the tractors did not bother us one little bit, it's to be expected in a very rural location. We heard owls, saw rabbits, stared in awe at the night sky which was full to the brim with stars (very little light pollution) and generally unplugged from the World for a few days. We will be back for another visit for sure.
Great little quiet and tranquil site
First visit to a CL and was impressed with the site. Lovely and quiet and the facilities were very clean. All necessary information needed for access was sent out in advance, so no problems in getting onto the site.

Another great CL with the big skies
Local to us, but easier to spend a few days away, rather than go home. The only downside is the rural roads. Fen roads do not go left to right but up and down with really big dips. But take it easy and slowly.
Well Maintained
Nice enough site for short stays. Very well maintained; tidy, clean and grass cut well (but not overly intrusive). Felt a little regimented with pitches in a very formal line which actually made siting the caravan a little awkward. There is a very good site dog walk but nothing close (that I found) which is fine unless you're staying more than a few days. Nice welcome and friendly 'staff'. The site is at the back of a commercial glazing business (same owner) but there was little disturbance from it. Security was first class and I particularly liked the water and electric being on the same stanchion. The site was enclosed which made the 'view' somewhat limited though the area was not particularly scenic anyway! Access to the site is along a typical Lincs Drove (I know it's not actually Lincolnshire but close enough) which you'll understand if you've spent any time in Lincolnshire and surrounds! Would book again but only for a few days.
Lovely, peaceful secure site
Lovely easy to find CL with secure access. Large level hardstandings with tap and hookup. Pleasant far reaching countryside views. We saw a deer on the embankment at the end of the site beside our pitch. And lots of rabbits and birds of course. Easy to check availability and book on their website.
Quiet and tranquil
I stayed here for a week in May, a mostly quiet site looking out over agricultural land, occasional noise from a tractor working the field next door for a few hours on one day but that was it, a few rabbits and a couple of partridges for company and I had the site to myself for most of the week, the landlady and locals in the village pub were friendly and there is a local shop not too far away, the only slight negative is the road leading up to the village is in poor condition with some subsidence in places but take it slowly and you'll be okay. I never met the owner everything thing was done online and an email was sent with the gate code, there are two gates to negotiate if arriving out of working hours but both have the same code. I would definitely stay again.
