There's nothing much we can add to the existing reviews of this site which echo our experience. We had a lovely 10 days with our 3 dogs enjoying lovely walks in the area, meals out at several pubs and enjoying shopping at the wide range on independent butchers, bakers and fishmongers. We didn't venture to the Pershore plum festival (too busy for us with 3 dogs) but imagine this would be fun. Pitch was enormous and had sun all day. From our perspective an enclosed dog walk would have made this site perfect. Emily truly cares about making her visitor's stays special and I'd recommend this site. Particularly good if you have a Moho and want to not move for a week with a 15 min walk into Pershore.
A Lovely CL
We’ve just returned from 10 lovely days in this CL. We fully endorse those comments made in Stevieb’s review which says it all and we can’t wait to return. This site fully deserves all of the positive reviews it gets. We’ll done Emily.
One of the best CL's on the network
We have just returned from our 14 night stay on this superb immaculately kept site. The attention to detail given by Emily and her father Matthew was outstanding. From the well spaced fully serviced hard standing pitches to the wild flower meadow, extensive information pack and little glass hut filled with goodies such as apple juice, pickles and more. The location is excellent, plenty to do & see. Emily is full of knowledge and ideas, even provides walks with maps for her guests.
Even after 14 nights we didn't see everything. It was lovely to return from a days walking and sit and watch the bird activity such as Buzzards soaring overhead and the Mistle thrushes feeding in the meadow. We have visited many CL's over the years but this one has to be up there with the best. This was our first visit but will not be the last.
Little Gem of a site
We have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at this little gem of a site.
Everything was perfect, from Emily's route instructions, the welcome folder waiting on our pitch, which contained so much information you would need a much longer stay to get through it all.
Emily came to greet us soon after our arrival with even more ideas of things to do, she obviously loves sharing the place she loves with her visitors. She could not have been more helpful.
The site was immaculate, the pitch enormous & it was great to be allowed to pitch whichever way suited you.
The wild flower meadow and the new wild life pond were lovely.
The honesty cupboard containing local produce was a very nice touch.
Pershore is a short walk away and has several independent shops & a wide choice of pubs and restaurants, we only tried a few and were not disappointed with any of them.
We only managed to do the 5 mile circular walk & a visit to Croome Park NT so have a very good excuse to visit again.
The only reason I gave a mark of 4 & not 5 for 'peace & tranquility" was because there is some road noise (not much) and that may concern some people, we didn't find it intrusive at all.
Can't wait to go back.
Thankyou again Emily for making our weekend away perfect.

Just perfect.
We are currently moving away from the club sites when possible and discovering the joys of the CL sites. Goodleigh Hill didn’t disappoint in that respect and we enjoyed our recent stay so much that we are going back in the summer to further explore this beautiful area. Highly recommended site and location.

Outstanding
The Horton family deserve all the accolades that come their way for establishing and maintaining this outstanding CL. Our March 22 visit was our second and we have immediately booked for 2003.
The spacious and immaculately kept site and grounds are exceptional.
The immediate surrounding area is beautiful and picturesque with local villages that are delight to visit. Within a few minutes more is Broadway and, for us, the newly discovered villages of Stanton, Stanway and Laverton.
This CL in our view is something to strive for.

A Jewel of a CL
We recently spent 5 nights here and were very impressed with how well Matthew and Emily have set up and manage such a wonderful site. We have stayed at many CLs but have no hesitation in declaring that this is the best,
The layout is spacious with fully serviced pitches and a the location is fabulous. It is just a short walk into Pershore which has a lovely feel to it and a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The area is great for walkers and cyclists - we did both and our Dog met lots of new friends on the many outings he got. He also enjoyed his short morning and evening walks around the paddock in front of our motorhome.
We were very impressed with the warmth of welcome from Emily, the advice she offered to help us enjoy the local area and by how much time and effort she put in to running the site and keeping everything clean and tidy.
We look forward to returning in the future.

Great CL
What a little gem of a campsite. Stayed recently for 7 nights. Lovely large serviced pitches. Loved that it is a short walk from the site to Pershore town, which is a lovely and has everything you will need.
Emily & Matthew are very friendly and each pitch has their own information folder full of local information & walks. Will definitely return, hopefully in the summer.

Wonderful Campsite
This campsite is an absolute gem, perfect location for dog walking, short 10 minute walk into the town which had a number of pubs, shops and cafes. Large hardstanding pitches, with plenty of room. The owners Emily and Matthew made us so welcome, wonderful people. We shall definitely be returning in 2022.
Great CL
Just returned from a lovely weekend staying at Goodleigh Hill CL. The welcome from Emily was so friendly and she had lots of useful information about the local area. The site is really well positioned for walks straight from the site and access to Pershore. You can hear cars going up the lane, but not an issue as it’s not busy. The site is so well kept, great care is obviously taken with keeping it clean and tidy.
We’re planning to return to this lovely site, maybe when the wild flower meadow will be in bloom.
