You won’t be disappointed when you visit this lovely adults only and dog friendly CL.
Water and 16amp electric point to each level hardstanding pitch with grey waste discharged via our filter to the wild meadow.
You can walk your dogs on the meadow unless it’s in flower and there are mown pathways through it to follow.
The site is secure with a coded entry gate.
The owners provide you with a folder full of information and Emily is often on hand with advice as to where to visit locally. Ideally located with a ten minutes walk in to Pershore, which has many places to dine in and a Beautiful Abbey and grounds. You can see Emily and Matthew have put a lot of time and effort into their site.
We have a 7.6m caravan, towed by a Volvo XC90 estate and had no trouble accessing the site gate - the CAMC version "Camper" Sat Nav took us straight to the site the correct way, but we had read Emily's comprehensive instructions before coming.
Great CL site
We had six nights on this lovely sight. After 20 years of caravanning I can honestly say this was our best CL. Emily and Matthew were very helpful and gave us lots of information about the area.

Lovely CL site
We stayed at Goodleigh Hill CL for 3 nights at the end of April. The directions were excellent and the signposting on the approach was also very good and easy to see. The site is secured by large locked gates, but the entry process was straightforward. The information provided by Emily prior to arrival was clear, and enabled us to drive directly onto our pitch. All of the pitches are hard surfaced, flat and large. Also, a very comprehensive information folder was waiting for us on arrival
Pershore and the surrounding area are lovely. The town has plenty of small shops, cafes, a couple of pubs and some restaurants. The Abbey is well worth visiting. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of walking directly from the site, and also further afield if you want to drive. The easy walk to the nearby village of Wick and across the floodplain to the river beyond is well worth the effort. We enjoyed our short stay very much despite the weather not always being kind to us.
NB - One point worth mentioning is the requirement for "green" toilet fluid. I did not pick this up on the website, but fortunately we always carry some, so no problem. It is available for sale on-site, but you might still have a disposal problem if you have already put "blue" fluid in your cassette before arrival.
15 out of 10!
We also endorse the previous reviews. Nothing was too much trouble for Emily and she is dedicated to making your stay as good as it can be. A definite little gem.

Delightful CL
The CL is well located for the lovely town of Pershore and numerous local walks. The information provided by Emily beforehand and upon arrival was second to none, it’s a far better run CL than many CAMC sites we have visited: There is a little road noise, but nothing that really bothers. The Pitches are spacious and well maintained, we will definitely visit again : Thank you Emily!!
Most Dedicated Owner!
We endorse all previous reviews regarding excellent booking, ease of arrival, pitch size and CL facilities. The uniqueness and charm of this CL was Emily. She works so hard and is so dedicated to doing her utmost to run this excellent CL, and it is a credit to her. Her attention to details is immense, as ScreenView review said, the welcome pack on each individual pitch she leaves is incredible- never seen such a magnificent one, and multiple that by 5. Her ability to remember her guests’ names and create a friendly atmosphere on camp is very unique & special. Her recommendation to walk upto village of Wick was super, very pretty village that you would not necessarily head to explore. History info boards there were interesting. Pershore is very walkable especially as there is a good dedicated footpath in bottom right corner of campsite which avoids walking the short distance down the hill on the road. Sadly the road is noisy at times, but didn’t disturb us unnecessarily. There was a road diversion in place due to floods so it might be less at another time. We thought pitch fee was fair in today’s world where they have generally all increased especially for quality & locality provided. It was the dearest we had paid for metered electric in our recent travels at 0.58 p per kw, but sadly the contract Emily is currently tied into is charging her that. However, saying that in our 4 nights we spent £9.63 on leccie, heating being run on gas so our daily pitch fee worked out at just over £22 including leccie which considering a lot of CLs are now charging over £25 plus leccie, it is fair. We will definitely go back, thank you Emily.
Well maintained not far from town and on the edge of natural beauty
Great communication and information ahead of arrival as well as comprehensive information packs on each pitch providing lots of information on local walks, eateries and places to visit. Enormous pitches each with services and an all round good location for walking and cycling. Thank you for a lovely few days.
Pleasant
A beautifully kept site with large, hardstanding pitches and plenty of space between each one. Each site has electricity and water provided at an illuminated service bollard. The information pack available at each pitch is the most comprehensive we've ever seen and provided a wealth of information on the local area. We enjoyed looking out over the paddock, which is also a nice place to walk your dog and we enjoyed a walk into Pershore. The abbey is most interesting and dog friendly to boot and there are plenty of shops and cafes
There was some road noise which continued into the night - the adjacent road seemed to be quite a popular choice with 'boy racers! We also felt that the CL was expensive at £23 per night with metered electricity on top. We've stayed on many CLs over the last 3 months, and this was easily the most expensive, even compared to others with shower and toilet facilities.
Our favourite CL ....
With an ageing dog, it was lovely to find this CL with so many easy walks from site in beautiful surroundings - down to the river, pleasant walk into Pershore etc. Emily gave us a lovely warm welcome and provides loads of information about the site and surroundings in detailed maps - even where you may come across 'muddy bits' after rain! The owner's are keen on wildlife and so are we - looking forward to seeing the wildflower meadow in bloom next year. The local produce for sale was a bonus and a nice bit of 'elbow room' between pitches - very comfortable.
One of the Best
Nice to see how this site as matured since our last visit in 2020, still as wonderful as ever with easy access, spacious, fully serviced, hardstanding pitches.
The site is kept immaculate by Emily and Mathew some great touches include the loan of maps with local walks and places of interest plus a cupboard with local produce to purchase. 5 minutes walk to the river with free fishing and ten minutes to Pershore with its beautiful flower baskets , glorious Abbey and delightful shops and cafes. You might even get luckyand bump into Toyah Wilcox, the best we managed was her next door neighbour, a lovely lady.
Lots to see in the area including Croome Court NT and not far to Upton on Seven, Great Malvern or the glorious Cotswold villages
Thank you Emily for such a great time and the tip about Stanton , surely one of the prettiest of the Cotswold villages with outstanding views from the Mount Inn.
