Lovely site

We loved this site so much we came back again. The site is within an old walled garden and is on a slight slope, so blocks will be required in most cases. The facilities aren't the best, to be honest, but I can forgive that because it remains a lovely place to be, and the owners are wonderful. There's a tap, a toilet waste facility and bins, so all we needed. Unfortunately, we arrived immediately following a long period of awful weather and got bogged down as soon as we drove onto the grass. The owner dragged us back onto the track and, as there were no others booked, there we remained for our two nights. Elizabeth gave us a guided tour of her (other!) walled garden and she was very knowledgeable about the plants she has tended for very many years as well as the new crops being planted. We didn't test the public transport as we drove into Inverness for the day, knowing we'd be able to park. If you're looking for a slightly olde worlde peaceful spot, this is the place to visit. Thanks again Elizabeth - we enjoyed your site once again (and sorry for ploughing up the lawn!).
