Great Little Site for the Coast
We have stayed at Embleton Bay Caravan Park a few times now and it is one of our favourite sites. The pitches are well appointed and are of a good size though it is a small CL. The site is simple but well kept. Great walks along private paths to the coast and the Ship pub (with its own brewery) at Low Newton. Embleton village is a short walk away with a small shop and post office, Dunstanburgh Castle Hotel and The Greys pub. (friendly locals pub) Both serve good food and a good choice of real ales. and both are dog friendly.
There is a decent bus service from the village so long walks down the coast and buses back work if that's your thing. Most of the coastal villages have decent pubs.
There has been mention of minimal contact with the site owners and must say I don't see the problem here. We have always been able to contact Nicola on the odd occasion we have needed to speak to her.
We love this site
