We had a lovely 1 night stopover on way south, only 7 minutes from m5. Very peaceful and pretty. Water , elsan and bins in farmyard, which was very pretty. Then through a glade which was easily passable in our small van, think our bigger van would have got through fine. You can pitch where you like , and it feels very secluded and peaceful. No ehu, £7 a night. A perfect rest from a long drive.
Peace and quiet
Lovely one night stop on the way to Cornwall. Only van here .very quiet and peaceful. Very friendly and welcoming hosts . Can highly recommend
A little gold mine.
Great cl well maintained very helpful owners.Only stayed for 1 day but will be returning to stay for a week. Good size pitches and well secluded.
Peaceful and relaxing site, close to m5 j22
Just returned from lovely 2 days on this site. Field is quite and you can pitch where you want plenty of room. I was in caravan but was also some motorhomes there, including one larger 2 axle one and large one towing a small car.
Owner very helpful, tap for water in farmyard and toilet to dispose of toilet tank all shown to me on arrival together with bins for waste and recycling.
Very close to j22 m5 so would be ideal stopover, at end of dead end road but smooth and well made, owner gives good directions when booking.
Gates are locked at night but can come and go on foot still.
Many animals around both farm and wild. Will definitely be back, no ehu but fine of you have own facilities, I easily did 2 days/nights and don't have solar or anything just normal battery which was still ¾ full at end.
Fairly flat but depending on your outfit and where you pitch may need a little leveling, I found it close enough without bothering.
Finally if owner on here and sees this thank you for a wonderful site.
One night stop off before heading to club site in Cheddar.
Lovely overnight stay. Very flat and lovely views across the fields with cattle grazing. Owners very lovely and welcoming.
Would stay again but one little snag. When we arrived the place were you drive through to the pitching area is very over grown with trees either side. They could do with cutting back because it's very tight, which resulted in scratching the Windows at the side of the van.
Would stop again if tree's were cut back.
Fantastic little gem
What a lovely well kept site. Amazing views, cattle grazing, open fields, short grass. Firm ground, nice short walk amongst the trees. Very peaceful. We will return. It's amazing for £5. Lovely owners aswell.
Lovely site
Always enjoy my visits here. To me the perfect site. You are left alone to enjoy your time and the site is kept perfectly.
Looking forward to my next visit......... and my next visit again.......
