A fantastic spot

Recently spent a week at Eastmoor Farm & had a wonderful time. A very large level field with loads of space & the views are fantastic. No problem following the owners directions on the website, would advise it as it could be tricky otherwise. We had a problem with our dog whilst there & needed to contact a vet. The owners couldn't have been more helpful which made things much easier for us. Would highly recommend.

Highly Recommended

We can highly recommend a stay here. A quiet setting, with plenty of space and ideal for walks from the site.  Arrival was well organised and we were welcomed by the friendly and helpful owners. It is worth noting that the directions given are far superior to Sat Nav!!... We visited this site some 23 years ago and don't know why we left it so long to return. We enjoyed a superb week and will be coming back soon.

Wow!

This is one of the most spacious sites I have visited in 30 yrs of caravanning. If you are used to CL's then this is for you! Loads of room, very quiet and outstanding views. Access to the coast path is easy and there are lots of other footpaths so ideal for walkers. A bus stop is near the entrance with services to Rhossili and other resort beaches (nearly all are dog friendly). The owners are very helpful with sales of garden produce a speciality (and its very tasty). I can only agree with all the other reviews - they say it all.

Beautiful location

A beautifully located quiet site with great views. Nice level pitches and delightful central meadow. Friendly helpful owners. On the bus route to Swansea and Rhossilli with regular buses. Great walking along the coast path just a few hundred metres across the road. Watch out for sign advising entrance gate 75 yds ahead - easy to go past.

A relaxing week in the sunshine

We were worried about following the directions that were printed in the book but did so as advised. We checked out the way on the main road and it was very windy, narrow in places with an overhanging stone wall. We were very glad that we had followed the advice given. The road was narrow but open. The owners were friendly and helpful and the site was perfect for walking and driving in the Gower. The owners also have holiday cottages which would be perfect for visiting relatives. We shall definitely go back.

A Great Site

This beautifully located, peaceful gem of a site is just a couple of miles from the beautiful Rhossili Beach and has lovely views over rolling countryside. We have our own facilities so only need the basics of fresh water, electric hook up and disposal point which are all available. Very generous pitches means you certainly won’t feel crowded here as the easy access, level field is large enough to offer that very important benefit of space. The field is nicely manicured, good for dog walking, and when we were there also had a beautiful central area packed full of colourful buttercups. Rhossili has recently been voted the best beach in the UK, the third best in Europe and the tenth in the world but the beaches in all parts of the Gower are beautiful as are the lovely coastal walks. Another favourite beach of ours, Oxwich Bay is also close and, after a walk out to Three Cliffs Bay, I can thoroughly recommend trying a meal at the Oxwich Bay Hotel which is right next to the beach. The owners are friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be returning to this site as it is now one of our favourites. If caravanning isn’t your thing, there are also two self-catering cottages on the farm, details here: www.kimleymoorfarm.co.uk.

Lovely Site

We have just stayed on the CL and found it a great location. We stayed in our motorhome for 3 nights and found the location brilliant with paths for walking and cycling on your doorstep. The bus stop is just outside which came in useful for a short trip to Worms Head. We didn't need to take the van out to get around. The pitches are the most spacious we have ever stayed on. The owners are very friendly and have two holiday cottages available which will come in handy when we return with our relatives. All in all, a lovely place for a long holiday or short break.

Eastmoor Farm, Gower

Good basic CL which offers hook-up and plenty of space between pitches. All pitches have distant views over the unspoilt countryside. Excellent footpath systems from the farm gate towards National Trust cliff tops and long distance coastal paths. We have been using this CL for over twenty years. Enough Said?
