Another Great Stay

We have been to this CL 4 times now & have our next stay booked. It's only an hour from home but while we're there we could be hours away, it's fab! Walks in every direction, beautiful views & lovely hosts.

A Cracking CL

I stayed at Domo CL for a week in July, The arrival was straightforward and I was warmly greeted by Chris who offered advice on pitching and pointed out everything I needed to know. When I asked Chris for advice on local walks he even offered to come and collect me if I wanted to do a linear walk on the Offa's Dyke Trail! During my stay I did three circular walks from the site ranging from 8 to 16 miles and also spent three days walking from nearby Llangollen. The views from the CL are stunning, it is in such a peaceful location and has the added convenience of the Old Oswestry Racecourse across the lane so easy access for dog walks. Chris could not have made my stay more enjoyable and I cannot wait to return again in 2019 to spend longer here and explore the area in more detail. You can see the walks from my stay at this CL on my blog https://twodogsandanawning.co.uk/site/domo-cl/

Perfection

Once again we return to this superb CL site-the views are breathtaking; to the rear the old racecourse, to the right a wonderful forest-fantastic for your pooch. The owners are great, approachable, friendly and so helpful and a big thank you to them. See you again soon. Very highly recommend this site to all Caravan Clubbers. Dominic, Sylvia and Mr Moy

Amazing view

Stayed here in August for a week. Firstly it was easy to book via email with my questions being answered promptly. I should have looked in more detail at how to get to the site because I found myself lost in Oswestry town centre towing a caravan... not my finest hour! I parked up and phoned for further directions but Chris wouldn't hear of my continuing on my own and came to find me. I was so relieved following him ( although I did have to drive through the centre again!) We soon reached the site, all I would say is check out maps and don't trust the sat nav. I was offered a choice of pitches and chose the one nearest to the house and looking out over the amazing Shropshire Plain. Chris asked if I needed help but I said I could cope so he left me to it saying I could shout him if I needed help. He returned with an OS map which I used all week. The site is sloping and I was glad of the motor mover although there are plenty of blocks and a helpful neighbour with his drill for the legs. Once set up I set off to explore. The nearby Old Racecourse is simply brilliant for dogs with loads of space. Oswestry itself is lovely and I walked part of the Offas Dyke path which is next to the site. I climbed Rodneys Pillar and visited nearby LLangollen. The views at any time of day where unbelievable and I will definitely return. Lovely hosts and a well kept site with spotless recycling and waste disposal. It's one of those cls that you don't want to share in case it becomes so popular that you can't get on. Photo on this site doesn't do it justice!!

The welcome was warm and informative. The site us well looked after and the views amazing. Peaceful and just ehat we love. Large plots. Right on the edge if the old race course which we managed to navigate twice during the stunning bluebell season. A specisl site. Thank you for having your land as a site for caravaners.

Stunning, tranquil site with superb views, walks galore and market town

This was our third visit to Domo and once again we had a fabulous weekend. As others have said the site is on top of a hill and slightly sloped but you can level up fairly easily. Stunning views and well spaced pitches. Access to loads of walks including Offas Dyke, the racecourse itself, big woods and a very pretty off-road route down to Oswestry through woods and fields (take a map) takes about 40 mins each way. Lovely market town well worth a look around. The whole area is walker's heaven. Lovely, welcoming owners who keep the site well maintained and live next door if you need anything. Under an hour from home and one of our firm favourites so we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful CL

We stayed at Domo over the August Bank holiday weekend. What a beautiful and well kept treasure of a CL. The views are amazing and everything is well kept and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home, checking to see if you have everything you need. We loved our stay and will be looking to return.

FAB-U-LOUS!!

Turning into the site and seeing 'that few' was fab. Very well kept with huge pitches and the waste and water area is very accessible and well located. There are walks in every direction and it is very interesting to read about the old racecourse which is right next to the CL. Oswestry town has everything you need and is only 10 minutes away in the car. We already had a main Club Site booked in the area for the middle of May but we have cancelled and booked to go back to Domo!! If you want to relax in peace and quiet with a wonderful view you wont get better than Domo. Thank you to the owners for their very pleasant welcome and providing such a lovely site.

Our new favourite!

We booked in for 8 nights but managed to squeeze in one more as it was too lovely to leave. The site is quite sloping but there are blocks available. The view and peace and quiet more than make up for the extra trouble of levelling the van. The owners are lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The racecourse is a great place to walk around and the sense of history is something to experience. The site is on the cusp of England and Wales with Offa's Dyke to one side. There is so much to see and wonderful walks everywhere. It is a short drive into Oswestry and possible to walk to. We can't wait to stay here again as there is still so much more to do and see.

What a view!

We could only stay here for one night on our way back from Wales but would love to go again. The views across the Shropshire Hills are stunning and the CL is one of the best we have ever stayed on. The pitches are well laid out and the grass well kept. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.
