Quiet site, overpriced

As other reviewers have said this is a good location for visiting nearby towns as there is a good bus service within walking distance. The farm shop is handy too. However, at £28 a night off season it is overpriced as there are no toilet facilities and grass had not been mown in the field. In wet weather larger units would struggle to manoeuvre on the field. There is also a busy road near and some road noise.

We had to put price up because of electricity prices went up we are on a commercial business electricity plan not a domestic plan so our electricity is a lot higher then your average household we have now sorted it by fitting Electricity meters to each pitch so you now only pay for what you use so pitch price will be reduced. Also by cutting grass in the wet will not make it easier to get larger vehicles off the grass the grass is cut once a week unless it’s been raining then it will be a few more days later depending on our other jobs as we are a busy farming community
