Lovely, peaceful site

We loved this site for a number of reasons. It is a serviced pitch and the site is well maintained with nice touches such as leveling blocks on each pitch. There are walks directly from the site to the NT Ashridge Estate and easy access to lots of lovely villages in the Chilterns. The access is easy, and Charlie was very welcoming. We will definitely be returning at some point.

One of the best

A lovely, peaceful site, with very little traffic noise, which is very well maintained by Charles the owner. The regularly mown grass pitches which can be booked online are nice and flat with their own individual electrical hook up and fresh water tap and even some supplied blocks for leveling if required. The site is easily accessible, (even for our 27 foot Winnebago) with a coded security gate and lots of space between the pitches. The waste disposal facilities, black and grey are first class and bins for waste and recycling are provided. Dagnall is a lovely village, and the very welcoming local pub which also serves food is literally a 5 minute stroll. Further afield there are lots of towns and restaurants to visit. We stayed here visiting family and loved every minute of our time here, and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic CL

After looking for a CL close to London, came across this site and would highly recommend it. Brilliant having both electric and water hookup, with recycle point and waste disposal points close by. Close by a number of walks and attractions but very peaceful. Will definitely be visiting again probably stopping a bit longer instead of a weekend.

Just opened - 1st to book!

What a lovely location! This CL only opened, for the first time, on 1st April, and we were first to book back in March. Directions to the site are good and code for access gate is great idea. Each of the 5 level grass pitches has it's own ehu and water tap. Recycling and waste/toilet disposal facilities are excellent. Charles, the owner, ''popped round to welcome us and gave great advice on local attractions, places to eat, etc. With, help and advice from the club, Charles has created a friendly, welcoming CL which we would fully recommend. We will definitively be returning. Thanks Linda & Ian Wells
